I want to start off by saying I will never enter Home Depot again . This place was amazing !! The customer service was amazing ! The employees had the best personality ! Helped me find everything that I needed . Definitely coming back here again! Thank you!

If you are a plumber or have a large scale job to finish in plumbing these guys have been in the business for a long time. Very friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Never go here.

The first time I came in I waited 10 min to be helped with 4 people behind the counter and 1 other customer beside myself. I assumed they were all busy doing paperwork or something. Went in again today and every miserable face behind the counter(none wearing masks), gave me the worst look as if I was bothering them. When finally after 5 min I was helped. I asked if they had a diverter valve, the employee wouldn't look just told me no and that was it. After asking if they knew of any place I could find the part. I was ignored.

We went to GPFS on a Saturday with an urgent need for several parts so we could have water at home. This business is clearly a wholesale distributor that supplies plumbers, but Edo spent a lot of time to locate the parts for us. He even asked a plumber who had bought a part we needed from them to return it so we could have water on the weekend. He saved the day and our weekend! He went above and beyond expectations for a small retail customer.

I went to this place to check out their kitchen & bath faucet selections during their business hour. I was the only customer at that time. There I found:

* A receptionist who doesn't even say hello (but she did see me)

* The entire showroom is pitch dark so that I could barely see what's in the showroom. Ok, if this place was trying to conserve energy, that's totally fine. But H-E-L-L-O? There is a customer you know? Can't they at least offer to turn up the light a bit?

* An older man came in later, who appeared to be working there - he was talking to the receptionist. Again, NO greetings from this guy either.

...So I left. I've gone to many local plumbing stores in the last several weeks and they were all nice. This place is the worst.

Bottom line: I will never go back to this place again.
