I first used them over 10 yrs ago after multiple floods in my basement in Michigan. They snaked drains but also went over & beyond to make sure my sump pump was back in working order and that I had other features (boosy valves?) That I didn't even know and showed me how to use them to deal my pipes from additional water.

Fast forward to this year and my mother's bathroom sink needed snaking. They were able to get out quickly and get the job done.

They worked around my schedule. They actually arrived ""on the minute on time"". He listened to my concern and explained to me what he was going to do. Very patient.

Will definitely call them again if I need to.

I never write reviews, but this company is completely unprofessional and their work unacceptable. Don't waste your money or your time. I wouldn't go so far as to say they are a ""scam"" but they do send out incompetent plumbers who don't know what they are doing. I would question if they are even licensed. I am a fairly understanding person but I can only take so much before I drop my business - and you should too. Take your money and your time someplace else.

This company is a scam. We paid them $600 to fix a leak they claimed they fixed it the next day there was water so we called them they came out and said they would fix it and subtract the 600 from the total cost they kept telling us they were coming out and never showed up after numerous phone calls they told us they weren't coming and they weren't refunding the money, basically liars and thieves. They will be hearing from our attorney we're ready to take this to court!!

The office staff was friendly, informative and coordinated with me throughout the process. The plumbers were prompt, knowledgeable and they did an excellent job of installing a new water heater in less than 24 hours of initial contact. I will definitely use G & P Plumbing again and I highly recommend them.

As far as I'm concerned this company sucks. They came out on Friday after a flood in my basement. Only to bring a very big man, ( yes, he brought down, a snake) huffing and puffing down my stairs. He tried for 20 minutes and couldn't get through to drain, my drain. And left. About 2:30 he left in the afternoon. They were supposed to call me back within an hour to let me know what they were going to do. Bring a camera to see what my problem was. At 4:30 in the afternoon I tried calling six times they finally answered the phone.( the lady that answered couldn't give me any questions and told me she call me right back. Well guess what she never called me back she blew me off to) Their website says they close at 5:30. Well they refuse to answer the phone, and blew me off. Had to hire another company to come out and guess what they got through. This guy didn't try very hard at all. He told me there was a blockage and that's all he told me and left. ( he tried 1 time.)I would never recommend this company no stars from me. Fine , I have to give one star to post this. The only reason you're getting one star is because I have too.

Had used them before , and was thrilled when they said they could come out that afternoon..... received call from woman about 210pm staying ""tech would arrive in about 30 min."" Called several times and left messages when tech was 1 hr them 2hrs without call or show. Never did receive a callback. ?!?!

I was referred to G & P after the plumber I had used for years disappeared. The lady that answered my call set up an appointment for me at my convenience and then called me the day of the appointment to let me know the name of the plumber and that he was on his way to my home. When Josh arrived I explained the things I needed done and he proceeded to do them in a professional and courteous manner explaining what he was doing as he went. He completed all the items and charged me a very reasonable price. G & P is now the plumbing company I'll be calling in the future.
