A pipe broke under the house last night (Saturday) and I had to shut the water and water heater off to the entire house until it could be fixed. I called GP piping and Caleb responded immediately to my call. He was at the house within a couple of hours on Sunday. He diagnosed the issue and laid out the plan, including asking if I would prefer to schedule the repair for Monday. I chose to have the work continued on Sunday. He was very communicative and informed me of what he had found(showed me the pipe and the hole) and let me know when he was off to get additional supplies. I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He returned timely and the repair was completed to my full satisfaction. He was working under the house in the crawl space...not easy, but he did it with professionalism and great customer service. It's hard to say that a emergent plumbing repair was a great experience, but believe me, it really was painless with Caleb on the job. I highly recommend. He came into Monterey from the Watsonville office, I will use again. Choose without hesitation.

We have a Reverse Osmosis system which was continuously running water due to a problem with a cartridge. We called GPpiping and Caleb arrived at our door to check it out . We called the maker of the system to diagnose the problem which needed a replacement part. We received the part so we contacted Caleb and set up an appointment. As it turned out, we wanted a new faucet as well. Caleb arrived this morning so he replaced the part for the RO and he then installed the new faucet. We have finally found a ""Great Plumber"" and we recommend this company to everyone.

A couple of days ago, we noticed our shower, toilet and sinks were backed up after running a load of laundry. We asked around to friends and family to see if we could possibly borrow a snake to fix it ourselves but had no luck! Thank god GP Piping(Specifically Caleb) came to our rescue! He first came to help to take care of our original clog, which we thought worked but later sadly did not, and was very aware and concerned about his time management to keep our cost as low as possible. When we realized that night that the clog either came back or was something more serious, they came to our rescue again as soon as possible to find the real root of the problem, but still made sure to help keep the cost down for us. Thank you so much to Caleb and GP Plumbing for being our lifesavers and taking care of our home!!!

Caleb of GP Piping is a knowledgeable and experienced plumber, while at the same time a truly stand up guy. Over the years I have had a really difficult time finding honest and reliable plumbers. You won't go wrong with Caleb and GP Piping. I was having an issue with a job another plumber did and Caleb went out of his way to contact them himself and get it resolved. Even though he could have done the job himself and made the money, he didn't feel that was the right thing to do. He is a man of integrity.
