My hot water heater died on Friday night, of all times. I contacted them and they got back to me in a reasonable time. We scheduled Monday morning (yesterday) and he came out and tried to repair, but it wasn't repairable. He measured and ordered a new tank and installed it today. Caleb is so easy to do business with- I really appreciate his professional manner and friendly service. This is the second time I have hired his company- he does great work! I will definitely use when I remodel my bathroom in the future.

We had emergency for the water pipeline connection while installing water softener. Caleb from GP Piping is the few to work with CPVC pipe. He fixed the issue and gave us good price by carrying the fix price to future water softener installation. Caleb is very experienced. He ordered all needed parts and installed the water softener. The neat and quality work he finished demonstrated he is very skilled and organized professional.

A local company that provided the best quality plumbing work I have ever seen. They responded quickly on December 30 to tap off a sudden shower valve leak so my family would not have to live without water new year's eve and new year's day. They returned early in the new year to install new copper piping, shower valve and kit, and they also replaced a malfunctioning outside water shut off valve and pressure regulator. The work included a 5-year warranty.

Initial installation was an electric water heater replacement. In the course of this job, it was discovered that the PG water pressure was double that recommended. The solution of installing a prv and expansion tank for this nearly 100 year old bungalow turned out to be quite challenging, but Greg and GP Piping found a solution.  Very thorough and professional. After explaining my needs, Caleb came by the house and reviewed them with me. Caleb arrived on time and we reviewed the various plumbing issues. Eureka! Finally found my lifetime go to plumber in the Monterey Bay Area. Caleb and his asst. Zack were careful and thorough in inspecting my 70+ year home's plumbing and gas system. They discovered the exhaust to the water heater had a hole and the gas line had several small leaks requiring a complete replacement. A section of The hot water line under house was showing corrosion and possible eminent leaks too so they replaced a 10 ft section as well. That said he was able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to return and repair everything and recheck the entire water pipe system to insure everything up to snuff. This also included checking everything and flushing the water heater for 5 years annually. I especially appreciate Caleb's quality work and clear communication skills letting me know what was needed to be done and completing the job within the time promised. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency in Carmel Valley, the water heater broke and that pool we always wanted was quickly forming in the garage. We called eight ""local"" experts to help. Long story short, I am still waiting for the other seven to get back to me, Caleb from GP Piping arrived within an hour, assessed the situation and started solutioning that day. He worked with us to find the right fix which saved our legacy solar water system and the price was much better than what we were expecting. We are so happy with the fix, the price, the professionalism and the speed with which we were back up and running.

I called GP Piping for a for an outdoor plumbing leak they were able to come out that afternoon evaluating the situation and giving me a price quote. Caleb started to fix the problem that afternoon but was short a few parts Caleb communicated with me about going and getting the parts and then coming back the next morning to finish the job. He had to leave a small hole where he dug down to fix the piping issue to let the pipes dry but came back in a couple days to fill in the hole. I highly recommend GP Piping for any of your plumbing needs. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next one.

GP Piping helps its customers during emergencies instead of gouging. We had a catastrophic leak at our vacation home that we were alerted to late at night. I had to find a 24/7 emergency plumber to assess and shut off the water. I called several companies and GP Piping was the only one who would go out ASAP instead of waiting until morning. Caleb showed up promptly, diagnosed what was wrong, shut off the water, took videos and documented the damage for our insurance. The fee, especially for an emergency visit, was incredibly reasonable. He was very helping is sharing different ideas for rebuilding our outdoor water filtration system with a saltless solution to cover our 2-acre property and discussed warranties and full service maintenance/coverage to help with the system long-term, that automatically come all the various components. Also, they are able to bundle various other in-house services that they provide, such as an electrician and installing a shed to contain the entire system.
