We simply needed a change from propane to natural gas. Salesman showed up within 4 hours of our call and thought we made the correct decision to call this company.
After being informed the only change needed was at the unit, a five minute fix, the salesman stated it would be the cost of a service call about $125.
Great do it, oh no not that easy will get back with a scheduled time for a technician.
8 days later still no follow up or scheduled day or time and when I called today no one in their office had my information, pathetic way to run a company.

We had a heating problem along with a small plumbing issue. We were so so happy to have Goyette employee Adam assigned to our home. Not only did he quickly assess the problem but went to work quickly to fix the problems. We were so pleased with both Adam and Goyette.

He showed us a potential problem down the road that we don't need to have it fixed right now but next summer we may want to have corrected .

We definitely will use Goyette for our heating/plumbing and I will be asking for Adam to be our service man again.

Had a new furnace installed over the past winter. An older man and a young man, I assume was an apprentice, did the installation. The older man was rude. I offered them coffee or something else and they asked for coffee. I made it using fresh ground beans. The older man actually told me it was the worse coffee he ever had. No gratitude whatsoever.
The job they did was horrible. They had to make a new holder for the filter and rigged it. They put too small a filter in which had dust blowing around. I have to use a screwdriver and needle nose pillars to remove and replace filters. They made exhaust and intake pipes from PVC pipe and drilled holes in the side of the wall to run them outside instead of through the roof.
This was the worst job from any company I have ever had done. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT hire this company for any reason.

I had a Generac generator installed a few months back, and have to say what a great job Andrew and Josh did. They were on time, and finished the work in less time quoted . Very knowledgeable and professional, and cleaned up everything . Again , GREAT JOB GUYS !!!!!!

i gave them 3 stars only because the guys who did the actual work were friendly and helpful - when they showed up, right in the middle of a 5 day emergency project (for a condo association) they did not show up for half a day; ofice didn't know where they were. no explanation,no apology. that meant a senior citizen in poor health (me) had to go another (6th day) without hot water in a very cold week in winter!

Dale and his crews are timely, professional, and a pleasure to have had in our home. We just purchased a new home up in Oscoda (built in the 70's), with a furnace of that lineage installed therein. The Bride strongly suggested replacement and I concurred (smart man, eh.?.).

Most HVAC firms up this way present to be one-man shops (nothing wrong with that, other than they are usually very busy and have little capacity to handle more than one job at a time), with workloads that imputed waiting lists of some months. Given we closed on the Property in late August, waiting some months would have put us smack in the middle of winter - wasn't gonna work.

I did some research and found Goyette has a branch office right here in town. Having worked for a down-state firm that contracted with Goyette previously, I was aware of who they are and that they have a solid reputation. I called their offices and spoke with their receptionist. Received a timely call back from Dale, who met the Bride and myself the same afternoon that we called.

They weren't the least expensive (I ain't the US Government...), were knowledgeable, thorough and understanding during the quote review and acceptance process, and committed to a very timely equipment delivery and installation. They followed through, executing as promised. This is the intrinsic value of working with firms that have bench depth, and a tenure of many decades in their industry segment. This enables them to retain quality talent (with fair wages and good benefits), have OEM relationships that afford real buying power, have a fleet of vehicles that are outfitted with ample stock and tools, and are staffed with enough capacity to handle more than one or two jobs concurrently.

I had a great experience with the Goyette team up here in Oscoda. We plan to have them support our future service/upgrade needs (remodeling a guest house on the property - Goyette's going to support the HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs).

I gave this company two stars for showing up. Had my furnace cleaned, but not enough to keep my furnace running. Had to have another company out a week later to clean the furnace stack they neglected.
