I should have written this a couple of years ago but I'm writing now because he just finished some extensive plumbing projects. A couple years ago he had shown up after hours because of a plumbing leak and repaired it right away. Left everything clean then and had a lot more issues to deal with and he tackled them all. He is a hard worker, dependable and is very reasonably priced too. An honest man who does great work I would give him 10 stars if I could

If I could give a 0 I would. The first time he came to my house things seemed ok. I had another plumbing issue so I called again. This was done but then he changed a showerhead after I had told him no! I had left the room and went back 10 minutes later and it was changed. The part he put on was used. The whole time him and his apprentice were here they were arguing back and forth with each other. I wanted the job done in order to get them out of my house. Very unprofessional to do that in a customer's home! And I had to clean up the messes they made. After a few days and being upset about all of it I called him and made him replace the showerhead again. I thought he would buy it but he said that's not fair to him to have to buy it. After charging me $1000 (and the hours weren't itemized) for the second visit I still had to buy the showerhead. His apprentice doesn't even know tools or parts and spent over an hour running outside for parts. He didn't know how to put a battery in an alarm for a tank but he's allowed to do the the work while the owner watches him. While on the phone I said the galvanized part he used was used. He said yes I didn't think I should run up to the store to get one that late. I called the plumbing inspector and the inspector called him and he told the inspector I agreed to everything and that the part that he told me was used was new. Wow! This guy cannot be trusted. I think he needed a certain amount of money for the day and that's what I was charged. I even wrote a letter asking for part of the money back but he didn't respond. I also had to replace my garage door. He asked on the first visit what it was going to cost while looking at my old door. With his total bill it was the same amount. Interesting.
Don't waste your time on this company! I did and I regret it. There are plumbers and companies out there that do care and provide alot better customer service without the hassle of what I went through.

If you need a plumber, Greg Gourley is your man. He is polite, professional, shows up on time, does a spectacular job and doesn't try to gouge you. A true craftsman and a gentleman to boot! with my experiences thus far in Blono with contracted professionals, he is way up at the top!

We have used Gourley a few times now. He is very quick to service you, prompt, friendly, and we feel we can trust him. He does a great job. He was referred to us by another couple who also uses him exclusively. I highly recommend!
