give NO stars. I was a new customer to Goukers Best Air and I had the owner Brandon come out to my daughters and son in laws house. He was very rude, and unprofessional.
He had answered his phone at one point and started using some very vulgar language, which I personally do not appreciate considering my 6 year old grandson was there. I had mentioned something to him before he left, and he just disregarded what was being said and did not even apologize. Again, this is coming from the owner of the company. To end this please
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
The reviews are high and good, but I believe most are FAKE. Due to this horrible service with Gouker best air, we went with another company.
