My family is loyal to the Gottier family as they have always been good to the Slicer family. We have been a customer since at least 1985. Eric & staff are the friendliest people that try hard everday to make customer service right.

Winters 2012 & 2018 were very cold. We had furnace problems but everytime Gottier Fuel provide worthwhile.

I also enjoy having them clean my furnace every summer to be prepared.

I have been a customer of Gottier Fuel for over 45 years. Fortunately, we have had but a couple of no-heat calls over that time that were quickly resolved. We have had them replace the furnace in the past and in addition to fuel oil deliveries, they perform the annual furnace cleanings as part of their recommended preventative maintenance plan. Most recently Service Tech Craig came by to perform the annual cleaning. He'd been here before. He was very friendly yet professional as he went about his work. I had a couple of questions which he took the time to answer. He was very neat and what little mess was created, he quickly cleaned. He even sprayed some air freshener after he was done to dissipate the fuel oil smell.
I am writing this review to document my past experiences with Gottier because I think this is a great company, provides a great service to the Vernon Community and yesterday's visit with Craig was a pleasure.

The only negative I can say is that we used to get a call/reminder to schedule this cleaning during the summer months - but this year, we called them when we realized we hadn't had the service yet. Apparently someone in the office with this responsibility is no longer there and this business-essential task has become catch as catch can.

That being said, this company is A+ in my book and highly recommended.
