I had an issue with my dishwashwer. I called for service and they showed up within 30 minutes. They were very professional and worked on my appliance at a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselve. Amazing job. They even stayed for a cycle to make sure everything worked well. I really valued their work ethic.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!
Unless you have a ton load of $$$ to spend on an appliance in hopes of it not ever being fixed, told to purchase hundreds of dollars in repair parts; which will not solve the issues, or promised a refund, which they have no intention of ever giving back to customer. Then this is the right service for you! I recently had an unpleasant, horrible and frustrating experience dealing with these unscrupulous individuals. They do not give receipts, do not refund money back to customers, when they realize they cannot fix appliance. You are given one price/quote for something, then they change it a higher amount. Overall appliance was never fixed, spent hundreds of dollars and countless time on trying to resolve issues. I would never suggest or refer this company to anyone. My suggestion is to run the other way at top speed at the mere mention of this business!! Too bad review will not allow to give 0 stars.

My Fridge stopped producing cold air so I got on the internet and began making calls. I found this company and the person who answered told me they could have someone there in 40 mins. There would be a service call charge of $90, which would be deducted from the cost of the repair, so I agreed.
The repair person arrived, changed out a compressor capacitor ( $50 item ) and the whole process took about 20 minutes. When he was done, he then charged me $350 DOLLARS !! IN CASH !! .. I had to take it from my rent money, but normally, who keeps that much cash on them...?? the service charge fee was NOT deducted, as he told me if he was to do that, he would have had to charge me over $650, instead ( can U believe that..?? ) I then had to barter for ANY type of guarantee on the work.. was not given a paper receipt... and he then had the nerve to say "" I fix all types of appliances, washer, dryer ect. so don't hesitate to call again "" I replied "" at these prices, with no deduction for the service call fee like I was told & having to barter for ANY type of warranty, I will never call your company again ""... I feel completely ripped-off !! they give Black businesses a bad name, first time and LAST TIME !!

I called this company and it's a scam. They sent a so called repair person who didn't fix my leaking fridge he just took a blow dryer and melted ice. He came up with so many scenarios and at the end my fridge kept leaking. Their number is a Google number that changes and they told me to make a payment electronically on square space. Also promised me a 6month warranty. Obviously when I called they went MIA.!!!!!! Please do not fall for these scammers. They go by Gotham appliances or K.A.R. Check out the pictures of the repair guy he goes by the name Vicky. Now if they comment they will most likely say we don't know the guy (of course they will)....

I tried to make an appointment they told me 1230pm I said ok great....its almost 5pm and I have called and left messages and never even received a courtesy call they are running late or not showing up.very unprofessional and wouldn't wish service like this to anyone.
