Ask for Joey! Gotelli came out with very little notice and fixed a gas hot water heater and came back to install a replacement valve in our shower. Joey was awesome! He answered all of my questions, showed me a few tips and tricks and made repairs fast. I would absolutely recommend Gotelli Plumbing to all of my friends. Great work Joey!

Tom came out to my new property to take care of a couple of legacy plumbing issues. Woke up this morning to a bursting leaking hose under our kitchen sink and a growing flood on the floor. I shut off the water and called Gotelli because I had made contact with them a week ago about another less urgent leak in one of my toilets and was planning on making an appt when I got back in town this week. So this morning I thought maybe they could tackle both problems at the same appt, which I assumed would have to be scheduled days from now. They sent a guy named Tom in the early afternoon in a big truck which was like a hardware store on wheels. Not only was Tom an expedient worker with more than 30 years experience in plumbing, he seemed to love his work! He fixed this morning's fiasco with new piping and a new faucet, replaced the piping to the adjacent dishwasher to solve another small leak that had been dripping whenever we use that machine. He then assessed my pressurized flush toilet and, knowing an essential replacement part was not in his truck, ordered the part on his phone directly from an affordable distributer. i'll have to wait until that part arrives next week, but when it does I hope they send tom out with it because he is the guy I will be asking for with all of my future plumbing needs.

We had a problem with our shower. The water wouldn't stop running. I had to shut off the main water feed to the house. Tom arrived quickly and immediately determined what the problem was. And luckily he even had the appropriate part to fix the problem right there on his truck. In less than an hour we had water in the house again and the shower was fixed! Very impressive! If I ever have a plumbing problem again, I won't even think about it...I'll call Gotelli!
