He worked his butt off snaking drains and finally got it (this kid is bad ass, pardon my french).....Cannot thank him enough for his dedication and fortitude.....I would highly recommend Gotelli...

Gotelli Plumbing is my go-to plumbing company. I needed someone to install an old-fashioned style basin tap bathroom sink faucet to replace the worn out one in our 1898 Victorian. Cory came out and he is awesome! He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and had the faucet installed in no time. He also replaced the rusty service lines to our old clawfoot tub. We are very pleased with his work.

I chose Gotelli based on its reputation as a local family owned business and reviews.My experience was not a good one. The plumber assigned was clearly not capable of handling the job, a small basement leak found by a contractor. The plumber identified the actual source of the problem after performing more than $500 of unrelated work. At the end of the visit he reported that he had figured out the actual source of the leak. The next day, after calling in his manager and 2 extra workers, and spending the better part of a day, he accessed and replaced the leaky pipe. I eventually recovered the first day's bill. I now have walls to repair and a hefty credit card bill. Unfortunately, billable hours seems to trump honest, professional customer service . It is disheartening when a well regarded company falls off the rails. I now know who not to call.

Jeff diagnosed a water pressure problem for me accurately and efficiently fixed it. He also reseated a kitchen sink and installed a new garbage disposal in the same professional manner. He was on time and cleaned up the site afterwards. Gotelli has always been my go-to plumber and Jeff did not disappoint. I will definitely call them again.

Called Gotelli for a simple leak fix and someone came and claimed it was too difficult for him. Had another plumber come out and fix it right away saying clearly the other guy didn't want to get his hands dirty. Extremely disappointing service and now I'm expected to pay their one hour minimum of 185 bucks?!!! I don't think so. If you're in my home for less than thirty minutes and say you can't do the job that you're supposed to know how to do, you don't deserve to get paid. Also the lady on the phone was very rude and pushy. Wouldn't recommend this company ever to anyone

On a Thursday, I called 5 plumbers, left 4 messages and when I called Gotelli Plumbing, an actual human answered. They came out the next morning, replaced the plumbing under our kitchen sink. The person who did the work was pleasant, did the job in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable cost, and cleaned up after he was finished. I would definitely call them again! Grazie mille!

Gotelli Plumbing does not stand by their work!! Had three bathroom faucets installed, months later one leaks into cabinet below. I called main office and dispatcher told me they will not come out to fix the problem caused by them unless I pay another service call fee. What kind of SERVICE is that? They won't come back to correct a problem their technician caused in installing the faucet in the first place. Do not hire Gotelli Plumbing, not a reputable company.

Outstanding service from the moment you place the call, to completion of the job (all probably within 1.5hrs since placing the call). I actually initially called Roto Rooter, someone I've used before, but they called me past 1/2 way of the 2hr window to say they are going to have to reschedule for 24hrs later w/ yet another 2hr window. I could not wait for kitchen sink to be out for that long, so I searched for another and decided to try Gotelli. They are cheaper than Roto and excellent service! Steve was awesome. Very professional with great demeanor. Hopefully I won't be needing plumbing services too soon in the future, but if I do, I know who I will be calling. One happy customer!
