Dennis came to my house to install a whole house water filter system for me. He gave me an honest quote and was extremely professional. Two other plumbers wanted to charge me extra labor for digging up the pipes, but not Dennis. He also gave me some good advice on the best way to do some upgrades that I was considering. He was fast and detailed. He explained to me everything that needs to be done (the right way and the short cut way that some plumbers would do).He cleaned up after himself and came by two weeks later to check that everything was satisfactory. He is my go-to plumber from now on.

If you want issues with your neighbors call this company. Chip was working on my neighbors house and for some reason dug up my property instead of his clients property. Chip dug it up without permission. He threw a bunch of plastic pipes in my city compost bin and left it in his clients yard. Chip left cut piping in my yard, and didn't plant any new grass on the hole he dug. Very sloppy work he should find a new line of work.

I am so glad my son in law suggested Gotcher Plumbing. Ray came to fix the kitchen faucet he did a great job. He also fixed the loose toilet. I live on a fixed income and I was really worried about the cost , but the price was not as bad as I was expecting. I will be calling Dennis and Ray they were very nice, polite and professional. I call Dennis after my home warranty company and their contractor turned out to be a big scam. After three weeks of no hot water because of the warranty company. Dennis rearranged his men and had someone out immediately. They replaced the hot water heater and got everything working perfectly plus their price was very fair. The men are polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will always call Gotcher Plumbing for all my plumbing needs!

Non-responsive. I placed a request for a repair online through their website. Never a response. So I've called them twice now without a return phone call. Lame. Bad business practices.

These guys went above and beyond my expectations. This house was built with Kitec plumbing which is a plastic interior, Aluminum core, and plastic exterior. Also known as Pex-al-Pex. The first guy who came out to try and fit new lines to my new water heater I installed thought it was regular pex pipe. He went to cut it and quickly found out this was no normal pipe he'd ever seen. After numerous attempts to get a sharkbite fitting on there, he called in the big guns.

When the owner got here he was able to identify the pipe as Kitec and immediately started calling plumbing houses for the tools and fittings. Apparently, this stuff was banned from being used in Texas and elsewhere due to its fittings corroding by having too much Zinc.

He finally located one (apparently this stuff is hard to find since it was banned. I checked and yes, its difficult and expensive to locate the fittings) and retrieved it. An hour later fitting was at my house and installed. Water was restored and my new hot water lines were in! They must have been here for 6 hours but the bill was very reasonable.

I will definitely have these guys on speed dial for my next project/issue. Need to have a gas line installed for my new grill and these guys will be my first call!
