Had the good fortune of meeting Jamie at Outback one evening and kept his information.
We suspected a drip behind our shower and had a slow bathroom sink drain. Jamie quickly determined that we had no leak and took him 2 minutes to clear the drain.

Personally, I've had them out to the house twice on two different jobs.
