Very efficient, clean and got the job done. My sink was all sorts of clogged and my apartment management called GOT Plumbing. They gave me a time frame of 3 hrs and came within that time frame. The guy that worked on my sink knew his job well and took care. He was very helpful and nice! Would definitely recommend!! Thank you GOT Plumbing!!!

They had a tech come out and check my pipes cause I had a foul odor in my home. Said it was traps, replaced them twice and when that didn't work. Scheduled a appointment in which they never showed up and then I got the run around from them. I wouldn't refer or use them! Very unprofessional! I would even give 1 star if I didn't have too!!!

Probably the worst plumbing company in Las Vegas and I thought code red was bad these people are the worst how are you going to put someone on a emergency list and no one show up til next day. called them first thing in the morning and still no one I had to call them again in the afternoon and all they said is the same shit they have quoted on the back of they heads "" wEll puT YoU As a EmeRgenCy aNd HavE SomEOne giVe yOu a caLl bAck shOrTlY"" but No call backs or updates and then argue about simple questions SMH

Beware! This company has service appointment windows of 6 hours so you will have to be available all day and hope that they arrive early, which they won't because they over schedule their technicians and don't care about how serious your issue is. Their techs arrive direct from previous jobs filthy dirty and have terrible manners. Advise you use anyone else. Good luck. Got Plumbing? Got Problems.

My 2 year old hot water heater wasn't working. I called one plumber and he told me the whole thing needed to be replaced and it would cost about $1300 - $1500 to get up to code. I told him I would think about. I called Got Plumbing and he came and said he could fix it but because it was Sunday they would have to get the part on Monday. Brian came out and installed the part in less than a half hour and it worked. And it cos $177! This is a great company

I waited a day to post this, had I done it yesterday at the peak of my frustration, it would have been one star. I used this company a few weeks ago for a minor fix. There was a scheduling mix up but I didn't think much of it, the job wasn't an emergency. Plumber was nice and efficient.

So last Tuesday when my water heater died and started leaking I decided to call them again. I was told they probably couldn't come out that day but would definitely get to me tomorrow. Well the next day, by 3pm I called to see how much longer they would be and was told they are just too busy and they will get to me in a day or two. (The lady on the phone also thought it was necessary to tell me how messy her desk is with all the jobs they have)

Thing is, if they had just said they were super busy when I first called I could have opted to try to call other companies. Instead, it wasn't till Thursday that I was tied if waiting and tried other companies. Found one who came out the next day, gave me an exact time to expect them and arrived 10min early. Got the job done in 2hrs, in time for me to go to work. And the technicians were also courteous enough to were a mask around me without being asked.

Meanwhile, Got Plumbing finally got around to calling me on Monday. Had I stuck with them I would have waited an entire week without hot water.

Bottom line, they do good work but are crap at scheduling and communicating properly. Also the woman at the desk has no business answering phones.

I didn't want to get taken for a ride, so I called Got Plumbing for their ratings and reviews. An actual person answered the phone and not a machine asking me to push numbers for this or that. Same day service. I was surprised on how fast Jason the plumber repaired the leaky pipe. Great guy.I would call them again.

I rarely write reviews but I had to with this one. I see some bad reviews here, and I know nothing is ever perfect, but these guys are close to it as you can get with me. Trying to nail down arrival times was a bit wonky, but their jobs are unpredictable, and once he did arrive (two visits) Brian took great care of my problems and taught me some stuff. And where some companies in Las Vegas will ream you for $$ if they can (especially us senior citizens), he was as fair as it gets. And when one guy at a company is that way, they usually all are. I'd recommend them anytime.
