There have been ups and downs, but in general have been rewarding. My family and colleagues have backed me through complex plumbing problems. Customers and contractors have supported me as well.
I have worked from Kekaha to Haena, working for many amazing people. Kauai is a special place, and I am grateful to call it home.
Raised Irish Catholic in Rhode Island, I had a happy childhood and still talk to many old friends. I always imagined living on a tropical island. In my twenties, I moved to Hawaii—and I've been here ever since.

Cyrila P.My first personal experience hiring Jay Foster of Got Plumbing LLC. He responded quickly. I had already made 3 other calls to plumbers to fix a broken kitchen faucet handle. They were too busy and I would be on a waitlist for a day or two. Jay Foster was able to respond by 11:00 a.m. on the same day of my call. Amazing! This job was supposed to be easy, but Jay encountered problems due to the aged faucet. There was an especially problematic issue where it caused him to be in a very strained uncomfortable contorted position under the sink, but he worked at it with determination until he got it! I was very pleased with Jay's work. He is also easy to communicate with and respectful. Prompt service call. It felt like I was dealing with a mainland service-oriented professional. Marnie C.He completed his work but the pipe was leaking. He didn't want to correct it and said that it would only be a ""pint to a quart a month"" of water that was being wasted. He charged me more since I made him come back to fix the leak. It should have been fixed the first time correctly.
