I have handled jobs from Kekaha to Haena, helping many great people. Kauai is a special place, and I am grateful to call it home.
Born and raised Irish Catholic in colonial New England—Rhode Island to be exact—I had a great childhood and plenty of friends, many of whom I still keep in touch with. As I got older, I wanted to live on a tropical island. Even in grade school, I drew beaches with water and coconut trees. In my twenties, the chance to move to Hawaii appeared, and I took it. The rest is history.

Cyrila P.My first personal experience hiring Jay Foster of Got Plumbing LLC. He responded quickly. I had already made 3 other calls to plumbers to fix a broken kitchen faucet handle. They were too busy and I would be on a waitlist for a day or two. Jay Foster was able to respond by 11:00 a.m. on the same day of my call. Amazing! This job was supposed to be easy, but Jay encountered problems due to the aged faucet. There was an especially problematic issue where it caused him to be in a very strained uncomfortable contorted position under the sink, but he worked at it with determination until he got it! I was very pleased with Jay's work. He is also easy to communicate with and respectful. Prompt service call. It felt like I was dealing with a mainland service-oriented professional. Mahalo nui loa, Jay Foster. My property management staff and I at RE/MAX Kauai will certainly be calling upon you again!

Marnie C.He completed his work but the pipe was leaking. He didn't want to correct it and said that it would only be a ""pint to a quart a month"" of water that was being wasted. He charged me more since I made him come back to fix the leak. It should have been fixed the first time correctly.
