WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This company oversold and under produced. The charged us 20,000 and never fixed actual problem. They sent workers out that were watching YouTube trying to figure out the problem. The owner came out claiming to rectify the situation but then told us that it would cost us another 6 grand. After we agreed to pay it they still couldn't get the AC units to cool. So they blamed it on our electrician. Also tried to sue us because for full payment even though never completed the job. We called an electrician and he confirmed that we had no wiring issues. Finally we paid another AC company to come out and they said Got Flow wired the compressor wrong and had us up and running in less than an hour. Do not waste your money or time! I wouldn't recommend them to my enemy

I would not use this company to do any work on my home again.
To get a better price they asked me to sign up for 1 year of maintenance on tankless water heater. I did this to get better price but after job was completed, I have major concerns about ever letting you back into my home. I was promised a scheduled date to perform maintenance on tankless water heater and took off work to be here when water heater was to be serviced under my yearly contract. This service date was canceled last minute. I asked to have it re-scheduled when I could be at home again and the did not honor my request and booked it again for a date that is not possible for me to home.......

Great job, gave several options to fix pipe the busted, which allowed us to make the best decision. We did not want to go threw the inside wall on a newly renovated bathroom. Got job done quick and was professional and friendly. Matt was the best! I appreciated his professionalism!

Called them for service on our a/c. I was told a $59 dollar fee to come out. Tech came out, spent an hour looking up our unit on the internet and then pronounced it fixed. As he was leaving he gave me a bill for $250. No parts were installed. He said a wire was loose. I asked why it was so much and was told "it just is, call the office if you don't like it." I never gave permission for the "work" that was done. Oh and by the way, the unit is not fixed and has the same error. I called the office and never got a call back. Stay away!

Out kitchen sink was clogged we were able to get a technician out same day. Rolo was very courteous and helpful. He quickly removed the clog. My only request for improvement, their google ad for cost to clear the drain {$59.00) was not actually a price to clear the drain. This was their diagnostic fee. I did find this out before asking, before accepting the appointment.

I called GotFlow about a running toilet that just wouldn't stop running no matter what we did. William Smith came out, quickly assessed the problem, and showed me two quotes for replacing just the valve or the entire system. The next day they came out and quickly took care of the problem. I'm definitely saving their number!

After having a terrible and failed experience with Lowe's to get and install a new kitchen faucet, I finally called these guys because it had been two weeks without a working kitchen faucet! They were able to fit me in the same day! Michael was our technician and he was amazing! At first we weren't going to do the service because we just couldn't afford it, but Michael went the extra mile and talked to his boss and was able to work with the price in order to get us going again. He was so great! Highly recommend!
