Horrible customer service!
Monday: 12-3 PM appointment window scheduled
3:15 I called the office to see if someone was still coming, and was told that the receptionist would contact the plumber and call me right back.
4:30 I called the office again because I hadn't been called back, and to request an appointment on Thursday instead because I was no longer available.
5:10 Plumber called and said he was on his way. I said I was no longer available, and had requested a Thursday appointment.

Wednesday: I called twice more to request a Thursday appointment and finally heard back that 12-3 on Thursday would work.

Thursday: No call, No Show. No Response to three voicemail messages I left at the office wondering if a plumber was still available to come that day because I was available later on this day. No response.

Friday: No response to 2 more voicemails to the office.

I gave up. A couple times, the receptionist said she would call me right back or call me back within 5 minutes. I never heard from her, and no response to several voicemails requesting that she simply call me back to explain when a plumber would be available.

If I could give ""0"" stars, I would!

Needed an estimate for a replacement of a leaky neo-angle shower. They came out promptly and said they would be able to repair the shower versus replace it, which would save us a ton. Follow up person who came out was on time, worked quickly and was all around just a really nice guy. Overall very pleased with them!

Carlton was able to get us a same day appointment, he showed up when he said he would and did good work. He was also very upfront with pricing estimates, which was difficult to get from some other providers. Would definitely use his services again.
