Leo is the man! Showed up on time and was very personable and honest! I have had Gorsuch out during a heat wave to fix my AC, snake and clean a drain after a holiday, and today was able to diagnose and fix my heater. They are the best! If you live in LB or in the area...don't hesitate!

Don't use this company!! They have completely dropped the ball when given way to many chances to fix the boiler issues at my condo complex. 6 times in less than 2 months. Hot water not working in our 36 unit complex. They are useless.

the plumber came inside my apartment.
the told him it was the bathroom sink.
he said that he would fix it and he want to get his tools and he came back with his tools.
he began fixing the sink and he did it for about twenty minutes and he said it was finished.
when he sent me a bill for $231.59 and the only thing about it is that I told him it was going to be $150 he had took available of me.

FIND A NEW PLUMBER - THEY CAME OUT TWO TIMES TO MY HOUSE, CAUSED MORE PROBLEMS, AND NOW WON'T SEND OUT AN AFTER HOURS REPAIR TECH TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED. WILL CALL THEM FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING

I had Gorsuch plumbing come out to fix my kitchen sink because it wasn't draining correctly.

The first plumber they sent out said he was unable to fix it claiming it needed to be hydrojetted - he said he did not have the tool and would need to come back tomorrow.

The second plumber came back the next day and worked on the sink for an hour and a half. He said that he did not not to use the hydrojet and that the other technician was wrong.

They tried to charge me with two different appointments but I complained and they waived the fee on the second - that's good business practice to me.

It's now been three days since the second plumber has been to my house and the sink started leaking. The second plumber did not adequately test to make sure he put back the pipes correctly and that they didn't leak.

Instead of replacing or resealing the plastic drain pipe from the garbage disposal to the pipe it is now leaking everywhere.

I called Gorsuch to have them send an afterhours technician to fix the problem. I called Friday night and they said they would call me back and never did. I called this morning on Saturday and they said they would call me back and still haven't.

Landlord had me call this plumber to schedule some service in our rental unit (washer hookup needed to be loosened from mineral buildup and all drains jetted). I left a message for these items, they never called me back. Landlord finally scheduled them for 9am-1pm. Plumber shows at 8am with no equipment for the drain jetting. They then say they can come back in the afternoon from 2pm-4pm and never showed up.

Update: They showed up an hour late. And when I mentioned all the drains being jetted the plumber said he only had time for one (5-10min) and that to do all it would take an hour and he would need to come back tomorrow. Really??? So unreliable.

It seems everything goes to pot when the ""potty"" is not working properly (da-dum-da-dum). So It is so reassuring when the new plumbing company kept us posted that he would arrive on schedule. Which he did. Nathan was expert, efficient and friendly. Everything was fixed in under an hour. Highly recommend Gorsuch based on yesterday's experience.

These guys are amazing! Our shut-off valve under our bathroom sink and the one to the dishwasher broke. Daniel came out and did a phenomenal job! He showed up right on time, was friendly, courteous, and professional. And, we now have brand new shut-off valves that are much better than the old ones. I contacted Gorsuch plumbing to install my new sink. They sent out Nathan/Nate. He called to let me know he's on the way. Came in and work diligently on my new sink. He stayed and tested out the sink to see if there would be any leak and cleaned up nicely. Overall I am very satisfied with the job. Thank you Nathan!
