Leo from Gorsuch saved the day. He happened to be in my building make other repairs when I sprung a leak at one of my kitchen valves. Luckily, his company was one of the approved vendors for my building. Once I explained the situation, he immediately knew the seriousness of the leak and promptly gave me the proper channels to go through for the emergency repairs. Within 10 minutes from receiving hoa approval, Leo sprung to action and fixed the issue. Leo was professional and courteous. I liked that he was by the book. My experience with Leo was superb and I felt that his employer should know.

Brent From Gorsuch Plumbing came out over the weekend to diagnose and eventually replace our hot water heater. Our warranty company gave us the blues but after jumping through hurdles with them, Brent was ready and quickly replaced our unit. He was personable, knowledgeable and educational (two ladies in the house that know nothing about water heaters). The customer service and responsiveness was above average. We only dealt with Brent and their answering service (because it was after hours/ holiday weekend) so my review and support is 100% based on them). I would definitely recommend Gorsuch for any plumbing needs!! Thanks again, Brent!!

I scheduled an appointment with Gorsuch to fix a leaky tub faucet, my delivery window was between 10AM-2PM. The plumber showed up right at 2PM, which would have been fine except that he said he that he didn't have all the tools he needed, and that he would need to leave and come back. He came back around 3PM, the water to the building was not shut off until then (the notices I posted to the other tenants had warned that the water would be shut off between the hours of 10AM- 2PM). I will say that the plumber, Robert, did a great job of fixing the leak and replacing the shower handles in a timely manner. My major complaint with Gorsuch is that they charged my credit card for the job even though I had already paid by check, and the check had cleared. When I called Gorsuch I spoke to Lacy and she said she would need to ""check with the accountant"", she said she would call me back but she never did. As of this review Gorsuch has still not credited my card back, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and mail them a copy of the (cashed) check. Really an inconvenience on my part for a mistake Gorsuch made, next time I will try someone else.

I live in a secured building so this is the place that is recommended by the HOA. At first I was a bit hesitant because I read some review but MY experience has been quite the contrary. From day one when I called the office my contact person has been Lacey and she has been nothing but splendid with my fiancé and I. With scheduling and keeping us informed, she made each step of the way easy and kept up with details. Thank you so much Lacey, keep up the great work!!!

I also want to thank Rick and Ryan for coming out to the place and not having to cut a hole in the wall as our bathroom with the leak had no access panel and I was concerned it was going to be way more than there was! They did a great job and everything was fixed between the time frame that was predicted. Now I have to available bathroom available instead of one.

Thanks guys!!!!

If you care at all about what your home looks like when they're done I do not recommend using Gorsuch. I had a clogged bathroom sink. Since I know that snaking is not a clean task I removed some of the contents of my bathroom cabinet before hand.

What I didn't count on was that I had the Jackson Pollock of plumbers in my home. His preferred medium was black gooey sewage which he procured from the common drain that my stack of condos uses. It was a particularly robust vintage that he proceeded to splatter with the snake all over the inside of the cabinet, the sliding organizer trays, all the contents of the cabinet that I rue leaving inside, and even the underside of the sink (a particularly challenging spot to clean since you have to climb into the cabinet to see and reach it).

I suppose I should count myself lucky that I had removed the bath mat from the room. That meant the black splatter was all over my tile floor. There were a few black smears on the cabinet and floor, which were a sign of hasty clean up attempts by the plumber. It may not surprise you to know that aside from the interior of the cabinet I found stray splatter on the walls and door of my bathroom. So after the 40 minutes of clean up, not including the dry time for all the contents of the cabinet, I'm quite positive I will never use Gorsuch again. I will only recommend them to my enemies.

What's the good news? They arrived during the 4 hour window they committed to and had fixed the clogged drain in about 30 minutes.

Ok, I'm updating my review because the owner finally called me back after 4 months. He apologized, and came over with one of his best plumbers. We allocated the costs and I agreed to pay only for the work that they did. I need not pay for the toilet leak that they did not fix.

My past review about 6 weeks ago
This company charged my credit card even though they did not fix the toilet leak in my rental condo. I specifically asked for a detailed invoice when I hired them, which they promised to give me, but they never did and they just charged my credit card for $520! (Lesson learned - never give your credit card number to this company over the phone if they have not done the work, in fact, don't even hire this company. I made the mistake of hiring this company because our HOA uses them by default.) They told me they did 3 things (one of which was the toilet leak which their plumber NEVER fixed!). I called them to complain and they promised to send a more experienced plumber, but they sent back the same kid who made it even worse. He just made a mess of the toilet (did not put it back) the following day and left it like that and proceeded to inform me that I would have to pay ANOTHER $383 to $472 to install a new toilet! Meanwhile, they did NOT tell me that they already charged my card for $520 (note that the kid did NOT fix the toilet leak and they did NOT even send me any invoice!) I called them again, and they prepared an invoice after the fact (after 34 days!) and it was for a lump sum amount of $520, when they specifically promised to send me a detailed invoice and cost allocation of the 3 things their plumber allegedly did (toilet leak, sink, shower handle). Meanwhile, I have to fill out this long form sent to me by my credit card company regarding my dispute. I informed my credit card company that I am not disputing the sink repair. Unfortunately, since I didn't get an allocation, i didn't know how much was charged to the toilet and shower handle repairs (that were not fixed). I My co-worker's plumber installed a new toilet for half the price that this kid quoted me! In the mean time, I'm still down by $520 for the labor on the toilet leak and shower handle that this kid did not even fix.

Since a negative rating isn't allowed I suppose I must grant this company one star, which is more than they deserve. They show up hours late, they don't notify you that they are running late, and twice they left to go to another job without finishing my job. Horrible customer service. There are many other plumbers in the area; use them!

Wow, the only consistent thread is one disappointment after another with this company. They promise but don't deliver, are constantly late, typically 4 hours on 2 occasions, which is a problem when you have people in 2 other adjacent units also waiting for Gorsuch to access their units for common drain pipes. This repair job is running about one month, showers in 2 units are still unusable. Repairman showed up after noon (initially, an 8 AM appointment) and didn't even know the unit number, even though he'd been there several times in the last month.

So I am on my way to work today and getting onto the 22 freeway to 7th Street and was behind one of Grosuch Plumbing trucks. As we both get on the 22 freeway he is not using his blinker and once we on in our lane I switch lanes to pass him. Well he must has thought I knew he was coming over and that I should have known this even though he was still not using a blinker.

Once got along side of him he swerved at me several times in an attempt to scare or threaten me with his larger vehicle. He then rode up on my backend and I applied my brakes in an attempt to get him to stop tailgating me for my own safety.

After that he moved over and started to pass everyone in the far right emergency lane prior to the 3rd lane opening up from the on ramp and of course he had to flip me off and then drove like a crazy person swerving in and out of traffic until he turned on PCH off of 7th Street.

I hope he was just in a hurry to save someone from a broken pipe that was flooding their house, but I doubt it.
