Called for a plugged toilet on a Saturday morning from the Sunriver area and he came out right away. Gave me an extremely reasonable quote and it ended up being exactly that. He was fast, didn't scratch the toilet and got the job done. Also had a great personality and was obvious he was honest. I would HIGHLY recommend Gordon Plumbing to anyone in the Bend area.

Scott did good work but took him exactly a MONTH to provide the invoice showing the repair had been completed. He was more than happy to take my money when he did the work though. The house was in escrow and the terms of the Repair Addendum of the contract required that invoice. Both my realtor and I wasted a lot of time having to call and bug him to get him to provide it. He finally produced it 5 business days prior to escrow closing. Ridiculous.

My leasing company uses Gordon Plumbing and I have been extremely impressed with Scott. Our wall mount kitchen faucet had a major leak and he came out within an hour of calling him with a new faucet and had it installed within 30 minutes. He has also helped us out with ordering parts for our wall mount bathroom sink. He's quick, polite, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Scott Gordon for plumbing repairs. He has been in Bend for many years and still gives good ol' home town service. His pricing is always fair and he shows up on time. He has done everything for me from repairing a toilet that ""runs"" to replacing a hot water heater. If you are looking for a plumber who is honest, Scott is your man.
