I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I first contacted this company on 2-12-15 for an estimate. Never heard anything. I called on 03-16-15 to get a status on the estimate and was told that it was on the desk but didn't get around to it yet. I called back on 3-26-15 and I was asked to resend the information. (Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt I continued). Received an email on 3-30-15 requesting more information. I returned the information on 3-30-15. On 4-7-15 I called to check the status of the estimate, and was told that someone would get back with me. Never received a call, so I called back on 4-16-15 and was told the exact same thing that someone would get back with me. This proceeds to happen again on 04-23-15 and 04-29-15. After calling today 05-04-15 and getting the same response that someone would get back to me, I begin to tell them how frustrating and unprofessional this has been (not once did I raise my voice or use foul language). I begin to tell how many times and the dates that I was told that someone would get with me and I kept getting interrupted and was told that she was going to hang up on me. So, I finally did what I should have done months ago...I hung up and I've moved on. I could only imagine if I would have hired them for a job!!!!!

The most horrible, unprofessional plumbers I have ever encountered. The main plumber was concerned about not making it to their next appointment without any concern for fixing my problem. The ""bad"" plumber said he knew aha the problem was somebody had been stuffing things down the wrong drain. I informed him I had been very ill for two days and it was vomit. He then tried to use the snake to unclog the clog out to the septic system and only proceeded to direct the tool to my other bathroom. All this is going on and flooding my whole bathroom that is covered in carpet.
I did not realize as the time they had proceeded to flood the other bathroom also.
Two hours later i hear water running and my toilet the one they worked on was over flowing and flooded my whole bathroom into my bedroom. They have no answering service and absolutely no professionalism. If your choices are flood or have Gordon Plumbing, you are better off building an ark. Bad Bad Bad...... never fixed it and destroyed my bathroom.

(((Update - December 2013 --- downgraded to 1 star from 2 --- they used such crappy parts to fix the problem that I had the SAME problem conveniently when the ""parts warranty"" ran out. They DON'T STAND BY THEIR WORK. I called another company to fix the problem after Gordon Plumbing refused to take care of it. I won't ever use Gordon Plumbing again. If you have a problem, CALL A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!)))
While the plumber's are good and know what they are doing, the customer service and billing department overall is subpar. First, they failed to show up at a scheduled appointment and left it up to me to call in when they were 35 minutes late. I was then told that they ""had an emergency call"" and that they would call me to tell me how late they were going to be. By 7 pm, I realized NO ONE was going to call me and that my problem was NOT going to get fixed that day (after waiting a WEEK for a part to come in). TWO HOURS after they reopened the next day, they still hadn't called me and left it up to me to call. At that point, they did fix my problem after I found someone to meet them at my house (I was at work). They then called me at work and got RUDE that I wouldn't take time from my job to go get my purse and give them my credit card info over the phone. UM, if you had made your appointment the previous day, I WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE AND NOT AT WORK. Duh. They then have a very screwed up billing system. I seems that although they had been given my credit card info for a service call MONTHS earlier, they never debited my account so I had an outstanding bill that had to be paid also. NO ONE offered me any discount for THEM missing the appointment and wasting all my time. POOR customer service. Disorganized billing. The people in the office have no idea what they are doing. So, use this place only as a last resort....good work, but tons of other problems. Certainly not professional.
