William from Gordon Mechanical was hired by the HOA to inspect the building's plumbing. He did something to our washer and commented that the valve needs to be replaced. After that, our washer didn't work, water wouldn't drain. We hired a plumber to replace the valve, yet the problem still exists. We have been calling many times but no one answers. Ours is a washer-dryer combo and is expensive to replace. The HOA does not help either. I suppose we will have to take legal actions.

These guys are the best..they are professional when it comes to plumbing needs. Justin is my go to plumber, his prices are very reasonable and they are reliable. Their safety protocols are always in place. Whenever I have a plumbing issue Justin is the one I call. I can always have reliable service and feel assured the job is done correctly. Strongly recommend Gordon Mechanical. I purchased a water heater from Lowes, from the first day of install the water heater was overheating the water beyond the set 120 degrees. After several calls to the Tech support people and following their recommendations, one of which was to install a universal upper thermostat, which did not solve the problem. Finally , they referred me to Gordon Mechanical. Wish they had done so the first time. Phillip came same day I called, he tested the wiring, the thermostat and replaced the the universal thermostat with the manufacturer's and now the water is staying at 120!

I just wanted to say I couldn't be more pleased with Gordon Mechanical. I would recommend them highly to anyone. My air conditioning went out on July 16th, I called several companies and they could not come out right away. 3 weeks went by no air conditioning. I called Gordon mechanical and they sent someone out Immediately. They did what they said they were going to do, their honest and professional. They also brought in temporary air conditioners to cool my house and until their workmen Eric could get out here. We had to order a new thermostat, day after it arrived they came out and installed it. Eric was wonderful, he answered all my questions, programmed everything and had my air conditioning unit running great within a couple of hours that very day. He was so polite and we will continue to use them to service us yearly. AMAZING company to work with.

This customer does not like to pay his bills to vendors he owes. I have called Lincoln Leong in accounting and he ignores my calls and doesn't respond to to his emails. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I was given INCORRECT information by the technician who came out to look at my water heater. Philip, who I later found out was new on the job, told me that it would be more expensive to repair my existing water heater (which was less than 5 years old) than to replace it. That was a LIE, and I paid for a new water heater that was completely unnecessary, which was close to $1800! Also, while they were removing the old water heater and installing the new one, they bumped my washer/dryer and the water supply line got dislodged. This caused flooding in my apartment, which I then had to have multiple repair people out to fix. So that was another $413 down the drain. All told, I have paid out over $2100 that was totally unnecessary. The AO rep said he'd ""work with me"" but never did. And I can't get anyone at Gordon Mechanical to respond to me, and I was told I could not be given the name/contact info of anyone there to appeal to. Gordon Mechanical was dishonest and unprofessional, and I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THEM AT ALL, unless you enjoy wasting money.

I don't usually write reviews but I must write one for this company. I had hard time finding someone to do the A/C duct work for our shop and was referred to Gordon Mechanical by the mechanic engineer. I called Richard, the owner, and he was really nice to arrange someone to look at my place and give me an estimate right away. The price was reasonable and the guys that work for him are super nice. Earl was in charge of making sure the work was done and I have to say he's the nicest person to work with. Also, Myles who did the sheet metal work did an awesome job. Overall, I'm beyond satisfied. Thank you for the good work!!
