I arranged for Gopher to come to my house to unclog a drain. Like a good citizen I was honest about the fact that I've currently got COVID, and the nice lady said it would be OK as long as everyone took the usual precautions. Well no one called between 8 and 12 the next day (the window I was given), and when I called back to ask where the tech was I was told that Gopher won't service houses with active COVID cases in them.

I completely understand, I just wish they had told me this off the bat. :-(

Our kitchen sink was clogged again. the over-the-counter liquid drain opener's were not working. Called first thing in the morning and they were on site within a few hours when they said they would get here, for the price they said it would cost, and fixed it promptly. Not much else you can ask for!

Staff did a awesome job with all the projects and it was a lot of work on short notice, clogged drain, installing toilet, and fixing garbage disposal. I had to call Gopher Sewer & Drain after they didn't show up at the appointment time. I was on the phone for 5 min before they even realized I had a appointment. They said they would be right out and didn't show up more than a hour later. I'm in Robbinsdale and they are about 10 miles away in Fridley. They told me it would cost $159 to unplug my toilet but when they got here they kept adding more services and they billed me over $900 for labor only, no parts. They reduced it to $820 after disputing the bill but I feel I was overcharged for the 2hrs they were here.

I just got a call from Gopher Sewer. They didn't like my review. Instead of asking me what they can do to make me a satisfied customer he said any other plumber would have charged me at least twice as much. They told me that's what it cost to unclog a main drain. I see ads for $96 or it's free. My bathtub is still draining slow.

Best service I have gotten from any repair company. I filled out an inquiry on Sunday afternoon to any number of plumbers who respond to remount a toilet, which was not an emergency. Gopher the first to respond (within an hour) with the price estimate and a list of five appointment windows for the next day to do the work. The price was fair, and he didn't pull the Estimate Fee required or minimum charge that so many others did. I kid you not when I say they all the others had a different angle that only added to the cost. Gopher was straightforward and honest. The team came, did the work, even found something else wrong with toilet mounting, fixed it, and didn't charge extra. These guys were great - they will be on the top of my list when I need plumbing work in the future.

The staff of Gopher are excellent trades professionals. We had a great experience all around. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours to clear our sewer line of branches that caused a back up. They were pros and so lovely to work with. I highly recommend them!
