Matt and his team did a fantastic job. Matt was quick with a visit to do the estimate for our sewer lateral replacement and explained the work very clearly. Their bid was the lowest of several we looked into so we went with them. The job itself went very smoothly, everything except the inspection by the city was done in one day. The crew was very polite, wore masks while communicating with us, and did a great job of cleaning up after their work. They were careful to avoid irrigation and heating lines that ran next through their work area. In areas where they had to dig, soil and plants were replaced very carefully after the work was done. Inspection was the next morning and there were no problems at all. Highly recommended!

This was the hardest working crew we have had the pleasure to work with. They worked fast and efficiently, like a well run restaurant, everyone was moving doing their job.
The efficiency and competence in which they did their task was worth the price, which was fair and honest. John managed the project mostly from offsite because of another commitment but he was always available by phone to answer questions in the friendliest of terms and he efficiently managed his crew. Replacing a lateral sewer is not much fun. But these are the guys to use if you have to do it!

Used them first at my HOUSE for a straight forward sewer lateral replacement. Great fast job at a good price!

Then a bigger, more complex job: A HISTORIC COMMERCIAL BUILDING in downtown San Rafael.
Matt was the only guy who gave us the GREAT ADVICE that, while we have a 7' deep hole open in the sidewalk anyway for the lateral work to the city main, it would be very cost efficient to have them replace the part of the 100 year old sewer that is underground under the business' floor, or we would have to pay later again to have that same excavation done in the sidewalk.
Didn't even expect that that was even possible to do with their system.
And by being creative, smart, capable and caring they didn't have to open the tile floor IN the cafe but came with the pipe through the back of the cafe, 135' AWAY!!!....
Talking about going the extra mile!
Then they came across an unexpected problem in the crawl space, and here I could experience their determination : by simply not giving up, and working really hard in very hard circumstances, in this tight crawlspace, they finished that day!
Here is the thing: The cafe STAYED OPEN throughout both days from 7am till 10 pm and we had NO REVENUE LOSS whatsoever!

These guys know their business inside out and if you have a complicated situation they are the creative ones who are not going to back down and they'll find you the solution and then execute it beautifully. This because they have a team that loves their job and it shows. I had contacted Amesos plumbing who basically told me the job was too complicated for them and to go find somebody else. I had contacted Trenchless Titan who never gotten back to me. But John found the solution and made it happen skillfully. My front yard looks great most of it being done Trenchless. I couldn't be more satisfied. For sewer lateral issues go no further they are the masters by far.
