Exceeded expectations. Handled a complex project, coordinating with the sanitary district and a not easy to work with city. To reach the main sewer required running the lateral down a narrow street, without a road closure. Just to reach the street required a 100' run down a steep lot, dealing with buried concrete. However what really amazed us was the clean up: replacing plants, a section of irrigation pipe, slate on a crossing walk way that was previously broken, soil and mulch. We had anticipated significant follow up work on our part, all of which the crew dealt with. Strongly recommend.

Below is the response sent from Matt. He sent it as a ""compliment"" via YELP from his personal account, not from the Gopher-It YELP account. He obviously did not want past and future customers to see how he handles being challenged on is poor customer service.

If he is this disrespectful and sarcastic regarding a potential customer telling the truth, I can only imagine how he would deal with my property.

Matt and his team were great. We had to abandon an old sewer lateral and install new in to the main. They were efficient, respectful of time and property . They would have been complete in half the time if it wasn't for a delay in the final inspections by the city. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We had the best experience with Matt M and his team. A competitor wanted to do the job for 3 times the cost and was going to rip up our driveway. Gopher-It did everything without needing to break any of our concrete and all the ground cover that had to be dug up was put back in better condition than it was before. Also, Matt arranged scheduling to fit our needs despite a very busy schedule. I highly recommend them.

We can't say enough good words about Gopher-It Trenchless! They replaced our sewer lateral a few years ago and did an outstanding job. They were reasonable priced, handled all the necessary permits and were easy to work with!
However, what blew us away was their incredible customer service that followed even years later. We recently started construction on our pool and the pool company accidentally damaged our sewer lateral. We were afraid that it would be a big deal but Matt was super accommodating and his team came out on the same day. They fixed the damaged pipe professionally and efficiently and didn't even charge us for the repair! We were so relieved. Thank you so much Matt & John.

I am not surprised to see that everybody else here is as amazed as I am with these guys. John is an extraordinary knowledgeable contractor that is also honest, reasonable, and extremely responsive to emergencies. These guys helped us out of a situation that could have been an absolute disaster, but once they understood that it was an emergency they jumped on it like I have never seen before. Not only that, but when we received the bill, it was as reasonable as we could have hoped for - which means if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
Truly an extraordinary company with extraordinary leadership and staff that work hard at solving complex problems quickly. I really hope this company is around with this same approach for many years - if so, I will never contact anybody else for sewer lateral needs again in this area.

This company is excellent at their specialty. Sewer lateral replacement. Period. Matt, the owner, is very professional, no BS. His experience with permitting takes a lot of stress out of the project. He follows up quickly on issues that he needs to get involved with. Their fee structure is fair when you consider all the inspection and permit hoops they have to jump through. They have an experienced crew that can deal with complications if they come up as happened in my case. They communicate efficiently. I highly recommend this company.

John inspected our sewer lateral and did not charge us for the inspection while his competitors charge as much as $250 for the inspection alone. He also spent hours working up a detailed bid for replacing the lateral while exploring ways to make that project as reasonably priced as possible.
