As a plumber Dale is as good as anyone out there but when it comes to hot water heaters he is on his own. Some people use a handy man in Lake Havasu to bypass the extreme cost of replacing a hot water system. Too bad if you have complications as we did. I believe no plumber in town will give you the deal that Dale will. He is not only an honest tradesman but will do right by you. Highly recommend!

Dale is the best! Water heater blew up on a Sunday, the owner Dale answered his phone ON A SUNDAY, and got our water heater replaced right away. Install was perfect, beautiful work. Super nice guy, handled business quickly, seriously cannot day enough good stuff about him and his service! Very reasonably priced also.

After 15 years, my water heater finally took a dump early on a Friday morning. I called Goody's based on the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Dale called back in a reasonable amount of time, I explained my dilemma and he agreed a new water heater was in order. He arrived a couple hours later with a new water heater and went to work. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. From my initial phone call until the job was done - 4.5 hours. He is the owner and works solo, takes pride in his work, and makes sure you are a satisfied customer. His prices are the best in LHC - $45 to $150 below the competition.
