I had this company come out and replace all the outside spigots(3ea) at my house last fall. They did a good job, and it was a reasonable price. I had recommended them to others over the winter.
This summer as I started redoing the front of my house with grass and plants, I tried to use the spigot, but it started leaking profusely. The spigot was winterized like the others but only this one is leaking. I suspected it must have frozen over the winter.
I called Goodwin and they said they would have to charge100.00 just for the visit. I wasn't happy but said OK, I just wanted the work done. They scheduled for Wednesday at 9. I called after they did not show, and they said oh they meant next Wednesday. They did send a text showing the next Wednesday as the appointment, but it came from a trunk line with no tile of Goodwin plumbing. I had deleted the text as spam. They were a little snarky during the call and who waits almost 10 days to get a leak fixed. Not happy about the CS, charge, or lack urgency.

Had Goodwin plumbing out to change out my outside water spigots. They installed everything but they lack in ethics! The techs that were at my house cut drywall out to replace the spigot but did not patch as they told my wife they don't do that and she would have to call the office to schedule another visit. So they left all there drywall mess on my floor and didn't even sweep or vacuum anything up. They also dented the top front of my dryer and didn't even apologize for the damage, and when told about it they denied that they did that. Then make sure you check your bill as they will charge you way more than what they quote you and act like it was a mistake and make up reasons as to why the invoice was different. I called to tell them about the interaction the techs had with my wife about the drywall and the dented dryer, they told the people on the office that they offered to patch the drywall and that my wife refused which is an out right lie cause I was on the phone with her when they got asked by her do they fix the hole they cut out and they said NO and that they didn't dent our dryer and they don't know how the dent got there.(Sounds like a response from a guilty child!!) So save your time and headache and choose a different plumber one that will be honest and have ethics!

They came highly recommended by a very hard to please family member and they did not dissapoint. They fixed a drain pipe that had came loose from a tub in my crawl space (shoddy work by a wanna be home flipper in my area). After making the repair they did a detailed inspection of the rest of the pipes in my crawl space.

They guys that came to our house were on time, professional and very courteous. Price for the repair and inspection was very reasonable, I was actually expecting the decimal to be to the right one more number. So I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw the bill.

Unbelievable customer service and honesty. I know nothing about plumbing and John didn't take advantage of that (though he easily could have). He was at my house within a day and a half of my first call, and well after five o'clock in the evening. He was honest with me and my wife and calmed our worst-case scenario fears that we dreamed up. In the end, he just took care of us; that's the best way to explain the service we received.

Would recommend Goodwin Plumbing to anyone! Use them if you want quality service in a timely fashion!

They used to be great, and I used John before to take care of any plumbing issues that I had, but this time was a mess! I called and talked to the woman that answered the phone and was told the John would call me that evening when he got home. He didn't. I called the next day and left a message, no one called me back that day. The next day I called again and talked to a woman who told me once again that John would call that evening when he got home. He didn't call again. After a few more repeated calls and leaving messages I finally found another plumber.

If this is typical of the direction that this company has taken then they're going to be out of business before too much longer. Hopefully it's not and he's just really busy, but after spending over a week trying to get him to come out and look at a problem I couldn't wait any longer, and I most certainly couldn't go without letting others know that if they're promised a call back then go somewhere else.

Outstanding customer service and quality of work. We've had Goodwin Plumming come out a few times for odds and ends we needed done. Jobs are always completed correctly the first time, and any additional questions we've had, are quickly answered. They are always prompt and on time, which helps with any adjustments to work schedules needed to be here for the services.
