Albert was a complete life saver! My grams garage was flooding due to a sewage leak so we went to Yelp and found Albert. He responded to our emergency situation immediately and within like 30 mins he arrived and found the issue quickly.

Apparently a pipe was leaking in a crawl space and that's why the garage was flooding. He had advised us to get a restoration company to come out and clean it up so that he can come back and repair the leak.

Albert was kind enough to call a restoration company himself and ask if they were able to come out. (Luckily they were able to).

A few hours later, the crawl space was finally cleaned and sanitized which meant it was time to call Albert back to see if he can come out the same day. Now I may have forgot to mention it was a Saturday evening, so we were all really just praying he was still going to be able to come back and repair the pipe the same day... and before we can even pick up our phones to dial his number, he had already showed up to check in on how it was going.

He then fixed the pipe and also advised us on a couple of other things my grams may have to look out for in the future since he was able to get a camera in the main line.

This guys customer service is great. He explains everything and doesn't try to cheat you out of money like some other plumbers do. He's upfront about the issues and a honest guy. We will definitely be calling him back if there's ever any other issues in the future!

Albert is quick to respond and knowledgeable. He came by and provided me a free quote. The price was very reasonable compared to other places I called. I had to replace my water shutoff valve, pressure regulator, and portion of galvanized pipe that was rusting with copper. Everything turned out great. I'll highly recommend Albert for any future Plumbing services.

Our toilet was leaking and needed to get fixed fast. I messaged Goodwill plumbing and they responded fast. They came that same morning to fix my toilet. I was very happy that were able to come fast since it was the day before thanksgivings. They were very respectful, had great communication, and their work was very neat. They explained all my options and they went above and beyond to fix my toilet. I was so surprised when they put on shoe covers before they walk in the house, I think it is awesome they do that. They were very professional and did a wonderful job fixing my toilet! I definitely recommend them.

Neighbor notified me the leaking near my water meter. After city inspection, it was my responsibility. Albert was the first one arrived. After provided me the initial quote, he wasted no time to get permit from city hall.
He is quite professional and locate the leaking point immediately. Then less than 90 mins, Albert and his team started to work on the leaking. The entire process was very smooth. He would let you know he needed to cut the sprinkler pipe but reconnected later. Albert also provided me the ETA and completed his work within this range. Very happy with his service and highly recommend to anyone who need plumbing service.

Me and the husband just moved to arcadia and where looking for someone who would be able to install a refrigerator line. I had been calling others and gotten quotes from other places. His prices were very reasonable. I can't remember his name going through treatment for leukemia, and my memories are horrible he was very kind and understanding of my situation and even gave me a little discount, which I appreciate. First time I called Albert, the service was excellent. Fair pricing, good workmanship, prompt, cleaned up the area, good service.

This second time, it was totally different. It's like a switch was flipped. Night and day.

Less than a year ago, one of the things he did was replace a provided faucet for $150. Now I asked for the same thing but he first wanted to charge around $750. Said he wanted to also change the angle stops. I believe he recommended it the first time as well, but he was fine not doing it last time.

Agreed to not do it, but then he refuses to install the pop-up drain stopper unless I replace the trap under the sink for $550 more. Even though there are no signs of leaking. Looked it up. Trap replacement cost an average of $200 and $325. Takes less than half an hour.

Also initially wanted to charge $100 to turn a switch to shut off the water to the house. Again, something he did for free the first time. And is something I can do myself and other plumbers have done for free as well.

I understand plumbers may want to make a certain amount per visit to be worthwhile, but they can't make up unnecessary things to fix.

Since my experience was positive the first time, I was very willing to pay an extra $100 to $200 what he normally charged before. But this was going way overboard. Lies were obvious and very outlandish this time.

Don't know if the intent is to be honest the first time just to get the positive review and then gouge you the second time or third time. Or maybe rack up positive reviews since 2020, and now start gouging. Or maybe his business is in need of money now.

But beware. Doesn't matter how many initial positive reviews there are now. This business might screw you the second or third time.

Hired them to fix a drain issue under my house. They were the second plumbing company I talked with. They got the job done quickly and at a fraction of what I was quoted by the first company. Would not hesitate to use their services again.
