Yelp automatically sent my quote request to several vendors. Albert was the first one who responded and gave me the flat rate by looking at my video showing the issue while others offered me to come for free estimate. He has only 2 reviews so I was wondering but ended up having a great professional service! Some vendors offer a special rate in return of a good review these days but I bet he got honest 5 star rating. I can recommend.

Albert was great. We had a jack hammer type of noise coming from our bathroom. He came in and knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed it fast and also checked our pipes under our house to make sure everything looked ok.

My 20+ year old water heater started leaking a bit and I figured it's time to replace. Albert was one of the first responded to my request for estimate, offered a price range based on my description. The estimate was in line with what I researched. It's Albert's assurance that he is comfortable with the estimate that tells me he is experienced with the trade and its cost. I prefer only have those I'm comfortable to come for on-site inspection and quote because it takes time for everyone.

The next morning, Albert shows up on time. His final quote was consistent with the estimate (I took the better brand equipment so the cost was on the higher end). He also offered reasonable quote to replace a water valve and gas valve which were in poor shape. So I awarded the job to Albert right away without waiting for other quotes. The job was completed in less than 24 hours from my initial yelp search-for-help. Great job!

I also want to note that, as the owner of the shop, Albert is eager to help out and meet customer's request. That's an entrepreneur spirit and professionalism I really appreciate.
