called goodwill yesterday, they arrived at two this afternoon, robert Kurtz jumped on the problem like a duck on a June bug and finished it so quickly he would make a fast freight take a side road. Great service thanks to ray the owner and Robert the repairman. Must be related to Charlie and Gloria Kurtz, two fine persons with whom I graduated from avhs in 1962 or Tom Kurtz from whom we bought a nice Buick years ago. Fine families.

Goodwill has come out a number of times to rentals we have way out in North Edwards, CA when not many other plumbers will. Not only will they come out in a fairly timely manner, but they can usually get the job done quickly.
Last week, one of my tenants stopped up their toilet. Rico came out and quickly and easily had it fixed in just a blink of an eye. Even those tenants who complain about most workers didn't complain about Rico. They even said how professional he handled the situation.
The office staff answers with cheerful voices and is helpful scheduling as quickly as possible, or patching me through to whoever worked on my problem, so I can be informed about exactly what is going on without actually being there.
I would say compared to most, this company is very cooperative and easy to work with, no attitudes, or problems explaining what they need to do or what they have done, whatever the case may be.

We had a plumbing emergency of a burst pipe in our slab. We called first thing in the morning and they arrived within an hour. They quickly assessed the problem and came up with an affordable solution that didn't involve jackhammering up the slab. They got the work all wrapped up in the afternoon and we had hot water again.

Wish I could give 10 stars! I consulted a plumber with 30 years experience who was unable to solve any of my three plumbing problems and said I just needed to buy a new toilet. Robert from Goodwill Plumbing to the rescue! He fixed all three problems in just over an hour and saved me at least $1,000. Very knowledgeable, thorough and pleasant.

So I called them and much to my surprise they were ready to send someone out immediately! Henry arrived got to work and fixed my leaky faucet! I will use them again! Such prompt service.
