Great Experience!
After receiving a very high bid from another company , I called Goodwill in hopes of finding a better price, and not only did they come out quickly, they were very reasonable in their pricing, friendly, professional and were done in less than an hour! As a Realtor in the Antelope Valley for many years, I have dealt with many service companies... and this one impressed me! I will recommend this plumbing company to my friends, family and clients from now on!

Do not use this business! The owner is beyond rude! The plumber that came out was here probably 10 minutes, fixed a hose bib and presented me with a bill for $119! When I called the owner & asked why i wasn't informed of the $99 they charge just to show up, his reply was why didn't I ask. He just became more rude and combative after that. Talk about a condescending a**hole! This guy needs to change the name of his business to Rude As F**K Plumbing! DON'T USE!

They charged me $99 to come out and check for a leak in my back yard. He was literally there for 5 minutes! No equipment or anything. He BS and said they charge less then all other companies. Little did he know I had scheduled a second company for free! Go with a different company they charge $65 service fee, or they waive it.

Thank you again, Goodwill Plumbing. As I was on my way out of home to go to work, I spotted a leak that needed immediate help. I called Goodwill Plumbing, they gave me the times they would be there and worked around my schedule. The problem was found and solved fast.

They came out for a simple shower pan leak. But first cut out a huge hole in my patio and never fixed the problem and left the hole exposed. They never bothered to patch it! Totally unprofessional and would never recommend this company even to my enemies. No stars!

Another contractor broke my hot water valve to my washing machine and had to turn off my main water. He called out Goodwill plumbing to replace the valve so I could turn my water back on. I was told they would be over between 4-6 pm. 6 pm rolled around and no plumber. I called them and was told they would be there within another two hours. No apology. I would expect that if you were going to be hours late to a home with no water you would at least call and let them know. When they arrived they proceeded to cut out a square in my drywall without even giving me a heads up. They cut out my water hammer arresting valve and installed some cheap standard valve and said it will work. It's not what was there before but now I have a nice cheap valve. They just pushed the drywall square they removed back into place and they were off. When I went outside I found the cover to my water main just laying off to the side. Unimpressed with the lack of communication and not replacing my valve with what I had before. Not a horrible experience but not one I would recommend to others.

Beware: Always get a second opinion if you can. Staff seemed nice but they stated I had way more damage than I actually did. Called another company price was not even as close to the extreme amount that was estimated. To top it off the problem was not even from a pipe they suggested due to no sound test.
