Our powder room faucet broke and I called Goodwill because they had done work for us in the past. I called multiple times and had to leave a message each time. None of our calls were ever returned.

I used Goodwill to install a toilet and Mike did a great job at a reasonable price....lower than all of the big plumbing outfits in town. I would recommend them.

I would never recommend this business to anybody. The man who came, Mike, was here to fix a running toilet.

I explained the issue over the phone, so he knew this ahead of time. I asked him for a quote and he said ""it depends on the time and whatever parts are needed."" Never gave me any kind of ""minimum price per call"" or anything of the sort.

He was LITERALLY in my home for 5 minutes, and the simple adjustment took about 3. I felt bad and offered to pay him more than the small percentage of whatever hourly rate he charged, only to find out he was charging me $86. $86 for 3 minutes of work and a 15 minute drive. I called him out on that and said that would equate to about $1,700 an hour, and his reply was ""well I could've replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced and charged you even more, how would you have felt about that?"" What kind of customer service is that? I don't know anything about the quality of his work, but if you want a plumber who behaves ethically and charges reasonable rates, Mike is most certainly not for you.

Goodwill Plumbing was amazing. They were on time, had the work done in 2 hours and were extremely clean, polite and efficient. I had gotten a quote from one of the ""big plumbing"" companies and Goodwill did the work for less than 1/2 of what I was quoted by the other company. They did a fabulous job and I would recommend them highly.
