I've used Goodman a couple of times now. Today they came out to replace my garbage disposal which was broke and I had water all over my kitchen floor. They came out within 90 minutes and replaced it. I highly recommend this company.

Very disappointed in their service and failure to resolve an installation error on a new central heating and cooling unit. Found a crtical system component in the packaging that was not installed. Most likely this accelerated an early compressor failure.

The admin office and service manager were contacted over 10 times often with no response or delays on a warranty replacement.

Ultimately resolved the issue with another service company that was able to process a manufacture warranty replacement (2 years later). Not sure why Goodman was reluctant to resolve.

Side note: every technician after the initial install did not bring a ladder - they kept asking to use my ladder to access the roof. The techs complained that Goodman would not provide them with ladders.

Joe and The Crew came to my home to remove out a non working water heater, that was not properly installed correctly. Their work is so organized and swiftly done but yet CORRECT! After installing a new water heater with added features, Joe gave the basement an Upgrade Appearance, plus Hot Water !!!! Thanks Joe and The Crew, Customer 4 Life !!!

Rip off. Don't call them in an emergency (or ever), they will totally take advantage of you. Bloated prices, subpar sloppy careless work. Forget this place!

Quickly came out to check leaky pipe in basement of city rowhome. Arrived on schedule and communicated well about service time. Friendly diagnostic technician. Worked with Philadelphia Plumbing Co same morning to snake and unclog main drain from curb. Fixed problem quickly, professionally and at a great price. Very professional , top notch and highly recommend.

I chose Goodman because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. Nick actually called a couple hours before he was due to arrive and was pleasant, knowledgeable, and let me watch everything he did whilst answering all my questions along the way. I originally thought I'd attempt my own ""homeowner skills,"" and was so grateful I did not. (replace shower cartridge) It was a much bigger job than anticipated and there's no way I could've done it. Thank you, Nick, for your amazing patience and great attitude! Highly recommend Goodman Plumbing!

I was Extremely Disappointed that I was Charged 300. To replace the flange during a new toilet install. I did not expect a standard toilet installation to cost me almost 1000.
