We've used these guys twice now, and I have nothing but good things to say. First visit was to diagnose a leak in our garage - fixed quick, and for a very reasonable cost. Then came back to give us an estimate on replacement of our three leaky toilets - performed the work today and again for a very reasonable cost. Didn't try and sell us the toilets either - actually recommended we buy them ourselves to save some $$.

We had been using a very well known plumbing service in the area up until now - but I always felt like they were trying to upsell me. Goodman did the same work today for less than the other plumber quoted us last year.

No frills, just great, reliable service. Bill was great each time we met him. We will definitely use Goodman again.

What can I say about this company. They came out to correct work on two different jobs that two different WELL KNOWN plumbers did at my elderly mother's home.

Their fast and courteous and STAR QUALITY SERVICE is A1 in her book. Bill is very knowledgeable in his craft. We will DEFINITELY be using them again. GOD BLESS GOODMAN PLUMBING!!!!! A WORK OF ART!!!

They aren't really available for ""emergency services"" they do answer the phones but then you have to wait 4 days for them to show up. Don't say you provide ""emergency service"" if you don't really do it.

I called at least 7 other plumbers and Goodman was the cheapest - cheaper than HomeDepot - and they were very up front about the cost. $865 to put in a new one and take the old one away. I scheduled an 8-10 window and they arrived at 9 after calling me an hour before. I like this. Due to certain situation, I needed my water heater installed backwards. This required additional labor but they didn't charge me a dime more. 10/10 would use again and I recommend these guys to everyone.

Had the joy of waking up to a broken water heater and 2 inches of water in my (thankfully unfinished) basement. I called Goodman at 8:15 a.m., and they had two guys here by around 10 a.m. They quoted me a fair price for replacing the water heater (with a good quality one and warranty, etc.), taking out the old one, adding necessary connections, etc. They were done with everything before noon. They did a fair job of getting out the worst of the pooled water too. Although these kinds of emergency repairs are no fun, at least I was able to get it fixed and have hot water back on the same day. Will definitely use Goodman again for plumbing needs.

I had a pipe break at 7 PM and they were *quick*. They were over in 5 minutes and the problem was resolved in no time.

Yesterday the front portion of my basement flooded. I tried cleaning it up but got nowhere. My brother used Goodman in the past and gave me their name & number. I called this morning (a Sunday) at 9am and the issue was repaired by 11:15am. It was a sewage line back-up. The cost was $100 plus an $85 weekend service call fee. I felt it was reasonable, especially to have all that sewage out of my basement (ew). I definitely will use Goodman in the future. Quick, professional, friendly, reasonable rates.

This wasn't an emergency call out. The cast iron soil stack that runs from the 2nd floor bathroom to the basement had rusted out and needed to be replaced. I got several estimates and opinions and decided to go with Goodman. It turned into an all day job for a three man team. The price remained the same, and they even tried to clean up after a really long and dirty job. Everyone that I spoke to or came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed a year ago and its been happy flushing ever since!
