VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! This company dumped trash in front of my home after doing work somewhere else in my neighborhood. I called them, because their company info was visible on the vehicle, thanks to my home's cameras. Whoever answered the phone seemed apologetic and I was promised that someone would be by to pick it up, but of course it never happened. I was forced to deal with the expense of having it removed. Tasteless.

I made an appointment for a free estimate. I had to wait 2 weeks to see them just to come out for an estimate. On the day they were supposed to be there, I sat around and waited all day, and about 30 minutes before the end of the scheduled time slot, I called to make sure I had the right time, and they said I wasn't even on the schedule. They said they would put my name in with the schedule manager and call me back to reschedule, but they never called. I went with someone else instead, that actually came out in less than a week, and they were on time, and they didn't waste my time and energy by running me around.

Their ads say they do plumbing, electrical and tile. I wanted a steam shower installed.... A little electric, a little plumbing and tile!
""Nope we won't do it. I checked with the boss"" he said. I asked him to ask the boss for a referral. He said ""no"".

This Company advertise family owned and quality service. He finished by swearing at me and to go Google it for myself!"" I returned the courtesy.

When you have this much abuse trying to buy from a Company, can you imagine the problems if they did the work improperly and needed to be fixed!

Would love to review this business. I called to schedule an appointment. A week later, no one showed. I did get a phone call saying someone was coming out but I waited 30 minutes passed the window time and no one ever came. Will update if I ever receive a response.

I have used Goodman several times. Not only has everyone who has come out been fast, efficient, fair, friendly and explained everything so I could understand. They also helped with figuring out my unique situation of having my wheelchair and sink pipes fighting.

We have used Goodman Plumbing twice: once for emergency and once for a leak and tub faucet replacement.
Both times I was called back immediately and serviced the next day. Price was fair, service quick, and technicians polite and friendly. I have had other bad experiences with plumbers and it has made my experiences with Goodman that much more refreshing.

I had a leak in my tub and needed it fixed asap. I called Goodman plumbing and they had a opening the next day. Frank arrived at the scheduled time and gave me a price quote for the work. He was in and out within 20 minutes and was done. I was very pleased with his work and will use Goodman plumbing again in the future.

3:45 into the 4:00 hour of the scheduled service window, I called to find out where they were. They said they had tried to call me twenty minutes earlier to confirm(?) the appointment, and because I hadn't picked up, they didn't bother to stop by, they just moved on to their next customer. No text message. No email. I asked when they could be back. They said in 4 or 5 days. In my opinion, their service could have been better.

At 9:30AM my water heater exploded. Within an hour Nick from Goodman had called me, taken my model number, retrieved a new heater and was at my front door. Nick and Jeremy made a stressful situation much more manageable. They kept things light and were extraordinarily efficient and polite. They even gave me a referral for Elite Water Damage and Restoration services who joined onsite within 20 minutes of my call. By noon my water was running and Nick and Jeremy had cleaned up and were on their way. Best service experience I've ever had in my home. I highly recommend these guys.

So I woke up Saturday morning with no hot water....old water heater dead, finally. Called my regular plumber--booked solid, couldn't help. Same for the guy he recommended. A little desperate, I remembered seeing Goodman's trucks around the neighborhood, saw some good Yelp reviews, called them. The receptionist was efficient, said somebody would be by my place in an hour. Ten minutes later Sean showed up. Long story short, by 11:45 he had squeezed (tight space) a new tank in and hooked it up. Problem solved. I'd recommend Sean and Goodman any day.
