What can I say about this company. They came out to correct work on two different jobs that two different WELL KNOWN plumbers did at my elderly mother's home.

Their fast and courteous and STAR QUALITY SERVICE is A1 in her book. Bill is very knowledgeable in his craft. We will DEFINITELY be using them again. GOD BLESS GOODMAN PLUMBING!!!!! A WORK OF ART!!!

They aren't really available for ""emergency services"" they do answer the phones but then you have to wait 4 days for them to show up. Don't say you provide ""emergency service"" if you don't really do it.

I called at least 7 other plumbers and Goodman was the cheapest - cheaper than HomeDepot - and they were very up front about the cost. $865 to put in a new one and take the old one away. I scheduled an 8-10 window and they arrived at 9 after calling me an hour before. I like this. Due to certain situation, I needed my water heater installed backwards. This required additional labor but they didn't charge me a dime more. 10/10 would use again and I recommend these guys to everyone.

Had the joy of waking up to a broken water heater and 2 inches of water in my (thankfully unfinished) basement. I called Goodman at 8:15 a.m., and they had two guys here by around 10 a.m. They quoted me a fair price for replacing the water heater (with a good quality one and warranty, etc.), taking out the old one, adding necessary connections, etc. They were done with everything before noon. They did a fair job of getting out the worst of the pooled water too. Although these kinds of emergency repairs are no fun, at least I was able to get it fixed and have hot water back on the same day. Will definitely use Goodman again for plumbing needs.

I had a pipe break at 7 PM and they were *quick*. They were over in 5 minutes and the problem was resolved in no time.

Yesterday the front portion of my basement flooded. I tried cleaning it up but got nowhere. My brother used Goodman in the past and gave me their name & number. I called this morning (a Sunday) at 9am and the issue was repaired by 11:15am. It was a sewage line back-up. The cost was $100 plus an $85 weekend service call fee. I felt it was reasonable, especially to have all that sewage out of my basement (ew). I definitely will use Goodman in the future. Quick, professional, friendly, reasonable rates.

This wasn't an emergency call out. The cast iron soil stack that runs from the 2nd floor bathroom to the basement had rusted out and needed to be replaced. I got several estimates and opinions and decided to go with Goodman. It turned into an all day job for a three man team. The price remained the same, and they even tried to clean up after a really long and dirty job. Everyone that I spoke to or came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The repair was completed a year ago and its been happy flushing ever since!

I had two plumbing issues, a leaky toilet and a water heater that started throwing rust water and staining my laundry. I got the telephone number for Goodman Plumbing from my next-door neighbors. I called an made an appointment, and Maurice was here the next day to asses the issues and give me a price. He returned on Monday, replaced the water heater, but because of another problem with the toilet, was unable to complete that job that day. He came back with the necessary parts the following day, and the toilet issue was resolved. The price was a couple of hundred dollars more due to the problem with the toilet, but it was definitely worth it to not have a leak into my kitchen.

After the job was completed, Maurice cleaned up the area and made sure everything was back in place.

Goodman Plumbing also handles heating issues, and I will be contacting them again to check my heater and repair a couple of radiators that haven't worked in a couple of years. Again, the price is very reasonable.

I would highly recommend Goodman Plumbing to anyone!

Warning, do not rely on this company!! Literally the worst experience of my life. I called them due to their 4 and 1/2 star rating and thought they would be worthy. My main drain was clogged and simply needed to have the clog 'snaked' out. My main drain dumps into a sewer, therefore no septic tank is involved. So two guys showed up to my place and started the snaking process. They snaked the main drain twice and pulled out minor debris. What I noticed was that the guy ran the snake in the SAME direction twice TOWARDS the house. After the second time snaking the main drain, he basically called it quits. I tried multiple times to explain to the guy that I honestly believed he snaked towards the house twice and not towards the sewer; but he adamantly kept stating he was snaking towards the sewer. I repeatedly told him if he could simply snake towards the opposite direction and he refused. He said I still had to pay him $185 for his failed 2 attempts. I was shocked! I told him he didn't even fix the problem and again asked him if he could just simply snake in the opposite direction; but instead he advised I consider one of their other guys come out with a 'jet spray' that would cost $650!!!
I was so disgusted with the whole situation, I ended up paying them $185 for the job they didn't fix and drive up to the local HomeDepot and rented a 100 foot snake from their tool rental section. I literally snaked the main drain in the direction AWAY from the house and honestly within minutes later the clog gave way and my main drain has been working perfectly since.
I highly caution others to be very wary of this company as I was VERY displeased with their work and lack of customer care services. Don't make my mistake of calling this company and paying them for a service that they didn't fix. Nor would they listen to a paying client's 'COMMON SENSE' in snaking the drain in the opposite direction. I guess that would've too easy and it was more tempting to have agreed to pay them $650 for the jet spray... Absolutely appalling!
