First of all, this is a most trustworthy and honest plumber you will find in the world. I have nothing but high praise for their workmanship, their timely repair and most importantly honest and fair pricing. I have had really poor experience in Palm Springs with my prior homes and when I found Monty and his son who have been continuing with family legacy Monty's father owned the company before, I realized I wouldn't never work with anyone else. You can contact them anytime of your plumbing needs and they are always promptly available.

I've used both Monty and his father in the past, and decided to give them another shot. Either no return calls; call back many days after my initial message left; or, most recently a promise to call back the next day to schedule the work, and no call received.
Seems they've gotten too big for their britches, so to speak. That does not excuse a lack of courtesy in replying to several messages left. Perhaps they should leave a message on their answering service that they're not looking for additional work or customers.
l've given them the benefit of the doubt too many times and put forth too much effort. I am done with them.

Monty has been my go to Plumber for over 25 years. My mother used his service and now so do I. Professional, Knowing and all around Pleasant man to be around he gets the job done. If he doesnt he always comes back to set it right free of charge because like anything sometimes things dont go according to plan. Hes a good man and he backs up his work because he has standards.
Just today my wife saw water around our water heater and I called goodman right away said he could do it all in one day and did. He installed the last one too in 2006 yes the one he installed lasted 15 years so he knows what he is doing. Im sure this one will last quite as long as that one as well

He will always be my go to plumber for as long as he is around and that will stay the same. I cannot recommend him enough.

I had Monty do work at my house in March of 2017-- great job. However, I tried to have Goodman Plumbing do work in September 2019, and received a call back that his wife was in the hospital and not well. I got a different plumber under the circumstances.

I attempted to contact them in June 2020 and again in September 2020. I did receive voicemail asking that I leave a message for Goodman Plumbing and someone would call me back. Never received a return call. Therefore, I have come to the conclusion that Goodman Plumbing is no longer in business.

If someone knows what might be going on, please let me know and I will modify my post.

I've had several plumbing issues over the years and have used several plumbers with mixed success. I contacted Goodman Plumbing for a plumbing issue. They responded immediately, they did a great job, and the cost was very reasonable.

Monty was amazing. We discovered a small gas leak under our house and had to repipe from the source. Monty was prompt, reasonable and incredibly easy to deal with . Highly recommend

The absolute best in the valley. Always on time and professional. I love that they're a family owned and operated business. My sewer was backing up into my shower and I knew who to call! They fixed my sewer quickly and cleaned up when they left. Because they are a small family run company, they stay busy. So don't be upset when you don't get a call back right away. They always return calls as quickly as possible and apologize when they can't. I haven't had a single issue since. Thanks Goodman Plumbing!

I had Goodman out 3 1/2 years ago when my kitchen faucet went bad....a little pricy, but quick and thorough
So when I found a leak under the same sink my first thought was Goodman again
After leaving a message, I was informed by one of their friends via social media that Mrs Goodman may be too busy to return calls all the time
Bad form!!!

I am so disappointed with our experience with Goodman Plumbing. I was referred by two separate friends who both highly recommended them. Our regular plumber who had bid the job (a total re-plumb) was so busy that we knew we would be without any water for two more weeks before they could start, so we figured we'd try to get another bid. Within an hour of calling Monty Goodman, he and two sons were here to look at the house. They seemed really interested in helping out, spent time checking everything, and said they would be in touch the following morning with a bid and whether they could get right to work. With no contact by midday the following day, I put in a call and left a polite voicemail. No response by evening, going into the weekend, so I left another message, again quite polite.
Absolutely no reply.
We then committed to the original plumber, who is very reliable, and figured Goodman didn't want to do the job. But four days later, with still no call, I decided to reach out one more time, just out of curiosity as to what transpired. Left a brief message to please call at soonest convenience... guess what? No call.
Is this any way to do business? I am appalled at the lack of professional courtesy. If there is a valid explanation, I'd sure love to hear it.
