First time ever calling a plumber and had my opening day the next day for my new business. He installed a small water heater that fit snug underneath my sink.

I called a few plumbers and Noel was the one that really caught my attention. He was quick to respond through email and few days later he arrived as expected. He greeted me with a warm smile and a nice handshake. My instant thoughts were he's a nice guy you can trust and get the job done right. To ease your mind a little more he is also licensed. I had to be particular since its a business and everything needs to be done correctly. I'm sure everyone wants it done right in the first place but sometimes you may take your chances with non-licensed professionals. Noel did his job perfectly. i give him give him five stars because he's nice and trustworthy. He's great about communicating with you because lets face it some pros are not good at that. Best of all he's quick and doesn't waste time.

Noel is great! Professional, does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Just fixed the pipes of an old bathroom sink, replaced everything, super fair. We're having him come back next week to fix our tub. So happy to have found someone smart, capable and honest. You can't go wrong with this guy!

First the good parts. Noel was prompt in responding to my request and promptly set up the appointment. I had a sewer backup and some miscellaneous small jobs that needed attention.
At the appointed time, Ken from Bullseye Plumbing, (Noels Partner company) showed up. From the beginning, his attitude was defeatist. He gives you the impression that everything was a big problem . After a couple of half hearted attempts at snaking the line, and after I insisted he try with another rotor head, he was unsuccessful at releasing the blockage. Further diagnoses would be $780, require digging a 4ft trench and redoing the landscaping,with a possible job of about $9000 to fix the lateral.
Then we looked at a broken faucet handle. This was a also a big problem. Possible cost of fixing would be $300-400.
Then we looked at a low pressure flow in the shower. This was also a big problem. Would require re-piping the whole bathroom because the pipes were supposedly undersized. Now mind you, the same plumber had done 4 other bathrooms in our house and we didn't have any similar problems. Showed Ken the pipes coming out of the boiler and going into the underside of the bathroom shower, and he said that they were appropriately sized. Regardless, and illogically, his solution would have to tear up the floor and get to pipes behind the walls.
Called another plumber. He worked hard at getting the lateral cleared and after 10 mins got the blockage removed using a hydrojet. Faucet handle required a new screw to fix, and shower required a new valve.
To end on a good note, Ken followed up later to see if the problem was resolved.
Just wish he could have been part of the solution, instead of making mountains out of molehills.

Shower handle broke off in my hand, saw Goodfellow reviews on yelp. I spoke to Noel he was at my home that afternoon. He drove all over trying to find the parts but had to special order. He rigged my shower so I could use it over the weekend. Thank you Noel for your outstanding service. Noel did a great job, and was able to fix my kitchen sink instead of replacing it. He is very knowledgable, clean and reasonably priced. I was especially impressed to meet a plumber who is so great with technology. We emailed back and forth before the appointment. I was able to send him pictures, and videos of the problem; so he had an idea of what the problem was, and the parts in mind before we even met. I am happy to now have a plumber I value in my list of contacts. I will definitely call Noel in the future, hands down.

We have slow drains in our house. We *had* slow drains in our house. Goodfellow came over and they fixed us up quickly, courteously, and awesomely. Not only that, Goodfellow really had a chance to go for the big bucks to fix a broken stopper in a pedestal sink. Instead, Noel provided advice on how I could fix it myself so I could save money. These guys are A+!
