My review from this company is zero. No stars. The workmanship was shoddy and unprofessional.

When I complained about it, nothing was done and I had to take it further. The complaints procedure was inept and unfit for purpose.

My tiles were left unsightly and badly broken after a simple bathroom cabinet was to be installed. The old corroded flexible hoses were left, without being replaced which is a standard procedure that should have been done.

My old cabinet was left on site, not even removed from site.

The engineer rushed his work and didn't listen to my complaints and told me he was in a rush.

The costs for the inadequate job was over inflated too.

Use this company at your own peril!!

A single plumber unprepared to take on a large project, knocked a hole in the wall to patch with a clamp the leak. Left and billed for $1,400. Insurance was called in resulting in opening the whole wall and in the process of ""drying the timber"" (having removed ever bit of wall that was wet) found both faucets for the washing machine were leaking at rapid rate.

If a hole in the wall was 1,400 I would hate to imagine how long and how much a repiping would take.

Care repiping came out with a crew and repiped the house with a full crew that worked for 13 hours to make sure it was done in a day at medium high but fair rate.

I called Roto routers n these crooks not only blow off my first appt. They then showed up late, two days later with attitudes, so I told them to leave n called Good Fellas, they not only came out the same day but were done with in 30 min. The Plummer Yaniv was very nice n knowledgabe about what he was doing. Thanks Good Fellas I highly recommend these guys!!!!
