I had to contact Goodell today because I'm a newb when it comes to well pumps, and I'm so satisfied with their service and speedy responsiveness. They were able to get me up and running again in no time, and even helped me understand my well better so I can get the longest life out of it as possible. The entire service call process was very simple and streamlined, and their prices are very reasonable- especially considering the level of service you receive. Would definitely recommend!

Our water pump broke down yesterday, my wife called Goodell in the afternoon. Michael came over in an hour and after the inspection I was informed pump is no longer in working condition. I asked them about their availability to put new one in, Michael said it was next day. Michael and crew were here on time and started promptly. They were done by 3. Pump is working like a champ and water pressure is very strong. We haven't had this strong water pressure in a while. Very fair pricing, excellent customer service, did what they promised and went beyond. Which hard to see in this day and age.

I found out that the well went out on the house that we moved into this week as I walked in the door from work at 6 o'clock on a Friday night. Great, I don't know anything about wells. The company that had just inspected my well and did service on it won't answer. I found Steve on Google and gave them a call. Now about 6:30pm, he picks his phone right up and proceeds to walk me through over the phone how to take my entire electrical system apart, clean it and put it together, over the next hour and a half. I am absolutely blown away with how gracious he was to do this for me. It was not just good service, it was absolutely selfless. My water is now on... And my wife thinks I'm a hero LOL! We were having problems with a bunch of air sputtering from our fausets from the well. My husband gave them a call, from the gate they were super professional and very nice. Within an hour someone was at our house. We had very little knowledge about the well so he took time to explain exactly what all the parts did and how they work. He changed a valve for us and put on a gauge. Also informed us this would be a recurring fix due to calcium buildup. They were fast, efficient, really nice, and very reasonablly priced.

This is a great business! They came out and repaired our pump control box, on a Sunday of Labor Day weekend!! Their price was reasonable and the tech, Sean was very professional.
We had them back to replace a water tank and again, great service! Can't recommend them enough.
