Leak has been fixed. Goode Plumbing sent out Fritz. Fritz was very good in solving the problem. Next time I would ask for Fritz.

Found my forever plumber!! I've used them once before and after this second visit, will never use another plumber. While doing dishes getting ready for Thanksgiving meal prep last week, my kitchen faucet just stopped working. Found Goode on Angie's list and recognized the name from a couple years ago when they replaced a toilet and injector pump.

Left message on answering service around noon on Thanksgiving day and owner called within minutes. He had me take a photo and send it to him. He called back immediately and tried to walk me through an option to self-repair to save me an emergency visit, but it didn't work. He then took my address and told me he'd call me back with details about scheduling a service for that day.

Turns out he was en route to his Thanksgiving celebration and I was nearby so he detoured and came personally. He was able to jury rig a quick fix to get us through the holiday and made replacement recommendations - it was a 15 year old Home Depot low end faucet, so I feel pretty good that we got the full life out of the faucet. They then came back and installed the new faucet.

These guys are the very best and the epitome of outstanding customer service - highly, highly recommend!

Found Goode Plumbing on Angie's List. After reading the yelp reviews we called them immediately. Thank you for sending Ron Levandowski... he was right on time and very helpful. Next time we need plumbing services we will definitely call Goode Plumbing and ask for Ron!

Was really impressed. Goode did 2 jobs for me, installing 2 new faucets, a j-bend pipe, a new toilet and a vanity, plus some smaller things, and removing the old units. Jose was the plumber and did a terrific job, explaining things, doing first rate work, cleaning up beautifully and was very kind...and he did it in a very reasonable amount of time---I'd happily use him again. Plus: The over-the-phone help is first rate, from Kerri and Jennifer. (Kerri made my first call extremely comfortable, esp as I know little about plumbing---this is notable, as some plumbing companies I've spoken with over the years sound like they'd rather be anywhere on earth than talking to a customer...) I had a totally positive experience with Goode, and would use them again without hesitation. 5 stars all around.

Goode Plumbing, it's owner and it's staff are fantastic. We've used them for our condo several times. Recently Ronnie came out and fixed another plumbers horrible error which essentially flooded our house. Ronnie was efficient, patient (my nerves were shot) and most of all good. I also spoke with the owner on the phone who as more than fantastic.

I would never use anyone else except them ever. They are trustworthy, honest and they know what they are talking about.

The customer service is fantastic and the owner Mike is top notch. We had an issue with how much our first estimate was going to cost, but Mike was kind enough to not only call, but come out and explain to us their pricing. They care about their employees and they care about their customers. We're extremely satisfied and look forward to using Goode for future plumbing needs.

Ron and Garen did a great job. Ron came last week to give me an estimate. He took plenty of time to explain all options. Today Ron and Garen installed the drip pan. They had to remove part of the baseboard and the hvac vent to access the pipes. They drilled a hole in the floor to install the pan and piping required for the drip pan for under the laundry unit. They cleaned everything up and did an expert job so that you can hardly tell any work was done. The new laundry unit arrived and they made the necessary adjustments to make sure all was in place. I am very grateful for their expertise and fine work today.

5 stars for the woman who answered the phone and booked our appointment. 0 for everyone else. Jose came to our home to do an estimate. He was incredibly kind and courteous. It took about a week of me emailing back and forth to finally get the estimate when I was told it would take a couple days. We were under a time crunch and this was conveyed up front. The estimate came back at $8500 for what my husband (who works in construction management) thought should have been about a $2000 job max. My husband called to discuss the estimate with someone (a guy, forgot his name)- he wanted to know how much of the estimate was for parts, and how much was for labor to try and understand where the pricing came from. He was told that there were ""formulas"" used but that he didn't know the break down and that someone else would have to come back out and do ANOTHER estimate before they could tell us where the price came from. We decided to stop wasting our time and used a plumber based on a recommendation from a friend. The entire job cost $1300. YES, YOU READ THAT RIGHT. BEWARE Unless you just have money to burn, although I think a bonfire would be more fun!!!

My previous plumber retired and so I called Goode based on location and reviews. I had an ejector pump installed to replace an old sump pump. Mike T was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He explained the differences between systems and answered my questions. I would recommend Goode and will use them again.

Thank you Mike from Goode Plumbing who helped out our condo building (3 floor walk up) with a sump pump issue. The company was easy to reschedule to get a quote done, and on the day of the quote Mike could do the work straight away, and he did a great job in less than 2 hours. Fixed the issue quickly with decent prices and honest and practical advice. Highly recommend.
