Our hot water heater went out overnight. It turns out it was the pilot light, but we couldn't get it relit. We called Goode in the morning and they had someone there by mid-morning. How fantastic? Better yet - they fixed it within 30 minutes and had an action plan for us if it happened again.

Goode is literally our first call for any plumbing issue. They were a referral from a friend, so you know it's legit if your friends are telling you. Call if you have a problem - seriously. Quick and reasonable.

We had Goode Plumbing recommended to us after getting stood up/ghosted by another plumber. The company was fast and responsive. The plumber they sent out (Drew) was great. He explained the problem with our kitchen faucet, gave us multiple cost options, took precautions during the ""stay at home"" order and did a wonderful job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Updating my review because the owner of Goode reached out after seeing my review. He was very understanding and responsive to the fact that I had a bad experienced and offered additional servicing to make up for the negative experience I had. The plumber that came out to service, Trevor, was very friendly and was able to solve our leaking faucet issue right away. He was also clean and put shoe covers on as to not dirty our floors. Thank you Goode for resolving our issue - it is clear that customer service and the customer experience is a top priority!

On a Friday evening we noticed water accumulating on floor near basement bathroom doorway. I called Goode Plumbing and they were at my house within the hour to diagnose and locate the source which was a cracked drain pipe behind wall. Goode plumbing isolates the source of the leak to ensure no additional damage occurred and replaced the piping in a quick and very professional manor before the weekend was over. I am greatly appreciate of the service provided by Mike, Anthony, and Trevor. I highly recommend Goode Plumbing for anyone who is looking for skilled and professional plumbing service for emergency or non-urgent needs.

Goode did a great job for us solving our issue with our main sewer the night the governor shut down the state with the COVID virus. They worked very hard, respected the price the gave me and even came back on Sunday to finish to make sure we had service without extra charges. They initially had to rod out our main sewer the Thursday before the governor shutdown the state. They got the flow reestablished and two days later we were blocked up again because the issue we later found out was in the city 12"" service. They came back on the Saturday put in an outside 4"" clean out and were able to jet the line sufficiently to get back in service. The work was well done and they were friendly, took the time to answer all my questions and explain options for us, and were efficient. They also provided sufficient camera data on the line to show it was a city issue with an enormous root ball right at our entrance to the city's line. I am very appreciative for their work. Ultimately the city came on Monday and cleared the root structure from the line but Goode got us back in service at a very difficult time with the state COVID shut down and minimized our outage. We've been customers for 12+ years. Our dryer died right at the start of the whole Covid19 nightmare. I got a new washer/dryer delivered the next day but the installers wouldn't install it because of wonky plumbing (not Goode's doing... the original homebuilder's fault). Goode came out ASAP and suggested a rework to both the water and gas lines in our laundry room to make it easy for any idiot to install the new appliances and for the room to be simple and straightforward for any future installations or maintenance issues. Jonathan did a super job (gloves, shoe coverings, thorough cleanup afterward) and kept the appropriate corona distance the entire time. Goode may not be the cheapest, but I swear they're the best. And, I find that my loyalty as a customer is always appreciated and matters to them, when I need it most.
