I was impressed with Travis from our first contact. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came out to our house on a holiday for no charge to assess our problem. We ended up having to repipe our entire house. Throughout the entire process communication was excellent. Matt and Zack were here working hard every day to get the job done as quickly as possible and even though it was over 100 degrees they always had a smile. After they were done everything is working great. The cost was very close to the original estimate. Travis is also good about following up on his work and making sure things are still going okay.

I contacted Goode Plumbing about servicing a tankless water heater and finishing a pre-plumbed gas jet for a barbeque. Travis Goode and I wound up having a conversation about options to filter ""Clovis water"" and replumbing my tankless water heater to facilitate annual maintenance.

I had Travis install a whole house filtration water filtration system, replumb my tankless water heater and finish the gas jet on my patio. I'm completely satisfied with all the work Goode Plumbing did for me. I also appreciate the time Travis took to inspect the job before providing an estimate which identified the lack of bypass valves to facilitate maintenance for my tankless water heater, and more importantly, my builder mixing ferrous and non-ferrous components in my hot water lines that was causing corrosion in the system.

I recently utilized GOODE Plumbing to fix an underground leak in a metal pipe from my well to the house and barn. When I called Travis he was out of town, but came by about 7 pm when he got back into town. He had a hand help pump to clear the water out of the hole where the pipe was exposed. He made the determination that it could not be patched, but had to be placed. I ask him to give me a range on what it would cost me to have it fixed. I told him I had another plumber that had come out earlier that day. He knew the company and said he would probably be more expensive.
With the other plumber that had come out earlier; I had to bail the water out of the hole for him. They sent me a quote for twice the amount, couldn't do the job for a week, estimated it would take 1 - 3 days to complete the job. They also stated that the repairs may cost more if there were other problems with the pipes. I went with GOODE Plumbing not only because they were less expense, but were more professional. Travis and Zack worked from about 8 am until about 7 pm. They did an excellent job and were able to get my water back on since my primary concern was water for my livestock. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing job. Their customer service was outstanding and was extremely polite and understanding. My nephew was extremely impressed on how neat, clean, and well organized their trunk was. They would definitely get 5 stars from me.
