I reached out to Travis from Goode Plumbing after reviewing his rating here on Yelp. We were in search of a licensed plumber (per our Home Warranty Co.) that worked on septic systems to diagnose and fix a stoppage right before Christmas. We were going to be hosting a party of 50 and wanted to make sure it was cleared before hand. He was very quick to get someone out there to us and was honest about the up front costs to locate and dig up the septic cover and gave us the option to do it ourselves if we wanted. We knew where it was at and decided to save money and have our 17 yr old son dig it up for us :) His fee's for the service were right around the cost everyone else I had called quoted so I felt it was fair market pricing. The technician that came out was fast and reliable. Travis was knowledgeable on the issue and spoke to my husband about ways to care for our septic to keep it in working order for years to come. He can sometimes be hard to reach as he does work in the mountain area and doesn't always have reception. However, he or his wife check their emails and will be in touch as soon as reliably possible. He is a man of his word (hard to find these days) and will make things right as rain. Thank you Mr. and Mrs. Goode :)

Goode Plumbing did a great job, were very responsive and came to fix my toilet the same day I called. Travis was nice and knowledgeable on the phone, and Jonathan, the technician, was very nice and did a good job, quickly. Can't complain about their work whatsoever.

The job took about 20 minutes or less for the technician to complete. He replaced a part - toilet water shut off valve and supply line - a relatively inexpensive part. I waited longer for him to bring back the invoice than the job took him to do, and I was surprised when he told me $350. Even assuming one hour minimum labor and other factors, that doesn't add up to me. Invoice is not itemized.

It's my fault, I should have asked for a quote before they started work. I was excited they were able to fix it same day and perhaps trusted the good yelp reviews too much. But I feel like I was overcharged for a simple job. Lesson learned.

Many thanks to Travis (Goode Plumbing) for responding quickly to my issue with my water heater. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced but he had the model I needed in stock. He showed up at 7am the next day and installed it! Goode Plumbing is now my ""go to"" plumber!

Talk to Travis to have my RO system replaced . He called me back promptly to schedule a appt. The next day. Zac showed up to remove old system and install new system. Zac did a excellent job in installing the new RO system. Very happy. I would definitely recommend Goode Plumbing.
