I can't thank him enough for coming out and installing a new water so that me and my family did not have to take one more cold shower.
Yolanda S.I own a two story town home in Claremont, CA. There was a bubble building up in my dinning room ceiling. Mr. Black came out to give me an estimate. He looked at the layout, checked the two bathrooms upstairs and without cutting through the ceiling he gave me his opinion on where he thought the water was coming from. Only someone with experience can diagnose the problem by sight and hearing.
He gave me an estimate based on his review and told me he was 99% sure. I appreciated the honesty. I authorized the repair and of course, he was correct. He was able to diagnosis the problem without cutting through the ceiling.
Fast forward, I would recommend Mr. Black! Professional, courteous and experienced. Five stars ++
