Run from this business ! They "" fixed"" my sink and naive me thought it was a good fix, so I hired them the same day to fix another plumbing issue in my rental. One day later my sink is backed up again . The problem in another house wasn't fixed either . The toilet started running again two days later and leak under the kitchen sink started leaking in 2 days. So, here is bottom line , their repairs last 1-2 days, but it'll be too late to complain because they would collect your payment and have you sign paper releasing them from any guarantee . Do not hire them, you'll be out of hundreds of $$$ and the owner harassing you ,

Good times Restoration saved my life. They picked me up when I was at my lowest, nursed me back to health and got me on my feet. I'm now clean and sober and made it to the NFL Combine. I unfortunately suffered and ACL injury that ended my athletic career. I was on the verge of ending it all, when I got a follow up call from Good Times Restoration. They stayed on the phone with me for 6 hours and talked me off the ledge and also fixed my water damaged home. If you value good service, I'd recommend them.

I have to say I am shocked at the 5 star reviews and wondering if they are purchased reviews. They did come out quickly for my clogged toilet/ drain line. They quoted me almost $400 to snake the toilet which is absolutely outrageous! They worked on it for about 7 minutes in total and left sating they weren't able to clear the drain. I've been a home owner for many years dealing with all kinds of plumbing issues and have never had a plumber leaving with zero solutions. They didn't charge me for the trip at least, but isn't it your job to figure out how to fix the issue??

I had a great experience with this company. I had some water damage in my ceiling that required some mitigation. I contacted the company via Yelp and they responded very quickly. Ruben came out the same day to review the issue and worked with me to help submit my claim to the insurance company and set up some fans to help dry out the area. Michael and Garrett came a few days later to finish the mitigation work. They were very respectful of the home. They put mats on the floors and sealed off the area so there would be limited debris and dust. The owner Jared even called me personally to check on how his team was doing. He gave me a direct line just in case I had any questions or concerns. I was very impressed with the customer service, the repairs, and the attention to detail. I highly recommend them!

I had called numerous ""like"" providers trying to get some help with a specific issue we were having within our apartment & truthfully didn't really know where to turn or what questions to ask until I got in touch with Trenton here at Good Times Plumbing & Restoration. He was able to guild me in another direction with conviction and a referral for services outside their scope of work. Trenton was understanding, kind, patient, knowledgeable & extremely informative. By providing this connection it helped support more confidence in my choices and at the same time thinking it builds a sense of community and teamwork within these companies, that establishes great contacts with their cliental which in turn makes the customer(s) seem more reassured & invested in the outcome of the process. Plus, patrons are also more likely to in turn do the same by referring friends & family who share the same interests and honesty as the company does in their values.

Feel very fortunate as with the quote from this company for their services and from the mold company *referral (see my review) BOTH were much more reasonable financially than many others I had gotten quotes from prior.

Good times restoration showed time and time again throughout my duration with them why they are some of the best in the business. My house had extensive water damage from a leaky flat top roof and not only did they remediate the requested damage areas, they also referred me to a specialist who resealed the roof to make sure the damage didn't occur again, all for a very reasonable price.
