Arrived on time and completed repairs quickly. They were a bit expensive but not having our shower back up every time we use it is a godsend. Plus he fixed another problem that was causing sewer gases to leak into our home and we thank them for that.

I requested service on a Sunday afternoon and a very friendly Jared answered my call and immediately contacted his plumber to see if he had availability. When he was uncertain they would be able to get out Sunday evening, he placed us on the books for the following day. While we were waiting, we actually thought we fixed the problem and I contacted the plumbers to cancel the next day service. It was fairly late at night and Jared still answered the phone call (I was not sent to voicemail) and was completely understanding regarding the cancellation. I must say, I was not expecting an actual human being to answer the phone call...

Fast forward a few days - our hot water heater completely went out.

I contacted this company again and this time Ruben answered my call and was equally as kind as Jared! He was able to send Devon out the same day to assist with the heater. It was still under warranty and he sat with me while we contacted Rheem who needed to hear it from him that the heating element had failed. Devon could have easily left and gone on to another job, especially with me being on-hold but instead he went above and beyond to make sure, we were taken care of. We even chatted about some future plumbing in which I most definitely will be contacting this company. If you are looking for honest, friendly, cost friendly, and above & beyond service please consider Good Times Plumbing. We are very pleased with them. A++. I called Good Times Plumbing for an emergency water pipe repair inside of my interior kids playroom wall that was leaking water from underneath the baseboards at 5 pm on a Saturday evening. This company showed up two hours later after already working an entire day in 110 degree heat and quickly, professionally and properly spliced and repaired the copper pipe so I could have water back to my house. I couldn't have been more grateful and happy with the service charge, professionalism and integrity that Good Times Plumbing showed in a really bad situation I was facing. Thank you very much.

I picked this company based on the great Yelp reviews and was blown away at the quality of the customer service and quickness of the service. Devin came out to service our hose bib and was in and out in under 5 minutes. Didn't even charge us! It's a relief to know that companies like Good Times still exist. They won themselves some loyal customers for future repairs.

Run from this business ! They "" fixed"" my sink and naive me thought it was a good fix, so I hired them the same day to fix another plumbing issue in my rental. One day later my sink is backed up again . The problem in another house wasn't fixed either . The toilet started running again two days later and leak under the kitchen sink started leaking in 2 days. So, here is bottom line , their repairs last 1-2 days, but it'll be too late to complain because they would collect your payment and have you sign paper releasing them from any guarantee . Do not hire them, you'll be out of hundreds of $$$ and the owner harassing you ,

Good times Restoration saved my life. They picked me up when I was at my lowest, nursed me back to health and got me on my feet. I'm now clean and sober and made it to the NFL Combine. I unfortunately suffered and ACL injury that ended my athletic career. I was on the verge of ending it all, when I got a follow up call from Good Times Restoration. They stayed on the phone with me for 6 hours and talked me off the ledge and also fixed my water damaged home. If you value good service, I'd recommend them.

I have to say I am shocked at the 5 star reviews and wondering if they are purchased reviews. They did come out quickly for my clogged toilet/ drain line. They quoted me almost $400 to snake the toilet which is absolutely outrageous! They worked on it for about 7 minutes in total and left sating they weren't able to clear the drain. I've been a home owner for many years dealing with all kinds of plumbing issues and have never had a plumber leaving with zero solutions. They didn't charge me for the trip at least, but isn't it your job to figure out how to fix the issue??
