Bernard was requested to fix a drainage problem at one of our houses. He did work for $7,500 demanded payment and his fix did not even address the problem. I have to spend another $5000 to fix the problem that he was paid to fix. Stay away from him.

So I was assigned this company through my warranty. I was hesitant by the reviews but thought they had more good reviews then bad so I decided to go with them. Long story short the bad reviews was right. They kelp giving me a schedule time and will never show or call. Next day same thing. Third day not answering the phone/sending me to voicemail. You want to support our people but they make it so hard. Very unprofessional

If a zero rating was an option I would have made that selection instead. Twice Good Services Plumbing And Excavation has not showed up for two scheduled appointments nor have made any effort to contact me to provide any reason for the no show. The first appointment I contacted them and the gentleman mentioned he would arrive between a certain time, but no show. This is extremely unprofessional and if this how Good Services Plumbing And Excavation operates I am most certain their level of expertise and ability to do the job matches this rating. Do not do business with them unless you prefer a company to not uphold the appointments. No one should chase a company to do business.
