Good Samaritan Plumbing did a complete repiping of my house today. I can't even begin to tell you what an incredible job they did. They are honest and very fair in their prices. I went thru Two weeks of trying to find someone and finally someone recommended them. Do not hesitate to use them for any of your plumbing needs. This is an amazing company look no further. I am beyond satisfied and this might just be a first for me.

My first experience working with the owner of Good Samaritan Plumbing was a positive one. I even referred several people to him. Since then, he had one of his very abrasive and verbally abusive employees come to our home to work on our plumbing issues. This person was very abrupt and rude to us on a previous occasion, and we had asked the owner to not send this person out to us in the future. Unfortunately, the rude abusive plumber was sent out to us once again. This time he started screaming and yelling at both my husband and myself, because we were not interested in having him fix the toilet, but replace it with the new one that we had purchased. The rude plumber almost immediately became angry and started yelling at my husband and I because we did not want to have him clean and repair the toilet as HE wanted. We hired him to replace the toilet and put in a new disposal. Since he became very aggressive and verbally abusive almost immediately, we asked him to leave. He would not leave our home, so I told him that if he did not leave, I would call the police. He then proceeded to sit out in his vehicle in front of our home, for approximately 15 minutes. My husband called the owner and told him what was going on. In the interim, I called the office and also let them know the situation. The person I spoke to, told me that this man has had several complaints and said that he would most likely be let go.The owner called me later on and apologized, but he also said that the story that the abusive plumber told him, was different than the facts I had relayed to him. He also said that he's known this man for a long time, considered him a friend, and that he was not looking forward to the difficult conversation he was going to have to have with him. I told the owner, Dave, that this is not a """"he said she said"""" scenario, and I thought it best that we find a different plumbing company for our needs. The owner apologized again, and said that he would call us in a couple of days and set up a time for him personally to come out and perform the job that we initially hired them to do. We heard NOTHING from Dave, the owner, after that. Sadly, under the circumstances, I do not recommend this plumbing company due to their lack of professional conduct and outlandishly rude behavior of the employee they sent to our home twice now.

Dave is the BEST! They came exactly when they promised (came the day after they were called) Dave even called to let me know they were 1/2 hour away! Dave and his helper worked their butts off, fixed everything and were both totally professional and pleasant to deal with. We couldn't have been happier with their servic.

The best. David and the team are honest and truly care about the customers. My husband and I so grateful we found this company on Next Door. They put in new piping and redrained sanitary waste lines.
