He is definitely rough around the edges. But I know how to handle him and work with him so it's good practice for me and he seems to be making me a priority when I ask for help. But I usually try to stand between him and the customer.
I would rename this business ""Rude Plumbing""
Carole L.Sam Doll, owner of Good Plumbing, was one of my best finds. He fixed a water pressure problem that stumped two other plumbers, and he did it by creative thinking and ingenuity. He arrived early, got right to work, finished everything on my list, and was pleasant too. I highly recommend him and will never use anyone else for a plumbing issue.
