We were mid-panic when I tried using my shower on a Monday morning, and the water wouldn't turn on! We did our best to see if there was an outlying water issue, and subsequently found that our washer wasn't working either.

We found Good Plumber on NextDoor, and briefly talked to Mark to explain our situation and if we could get him to see what was going on. Given, it was around noon, and wasn't able to get in same-day, but he came at 9 AM the following morning (even came early!).

He kindly asked for me to put on a mask due to COVID, and that was the first good impression. The second thing he said, was that he would look at the situation, test some things and see what's needed. He'll name the price at the end.

After looking at both our washer and shower, we found out that both the washer and shower situations were two independent issues. After seeing that it wasn't a plumbing issue with our washer, and more of a hardware malfunction, he left us a number of his preferred appliance handyman. With the shower, he simply removed our handle, saw that it was broken, and even told me to buy the part myself (instead of him charging us for changing it himself), and how to install it.

Both could've been done by him, but instead he told us what would be needed to be done and how both of them were able to be done by our own hands. On his way out, I asked him if we owed him anything, and he kindly said, ""A thank you?"" and was on his way.

A HUGE thank you to Mark, impressive work, top-notch professionalism, and extremely courteous. There are GREAT people out there, and Mark is one of them.

There was an issue with the master toilet and my husband had just gotten home from the hospital (total knee replacement ) and could only use this bathroom. We called Mark late on a Friday night and he was here within 1/2 hour. He fixed the toilet and checked to make sure the drain was working properly. In the process he found a small leak that need to be fixed before it became a big one. In an hour and a half, he had everything fixed and cleaned up for a reasonable price. We will call him again for any future plumbing needs.

Mark's expertise is apparent from online reviews, and watching him work in real life. Any time you discover water seeping through drywall during a shower it's a bad day. Well thanks to Mark, the day's outlook became much brighter. If you have a leak coming from an unknown location, he is the guy you need to call. Using a camera he was able to quickly determine where the issue was coming from. After custom fitting a brass replacement pipe, our shower no longer leaks internally when water is running. Highly worth the cost of his services!!

THE BEST PLUMBER IN THE AREA. Mark is very kind and affordable. He showed a how to fix our issue but since we already had a home inspection they wanted a professional to do it. He was quick and kind like always. I recommend him very highly.
