After four frustrating weeks of trying to get lesser plumbers to even show up, Mark answered his phone directly, put me on his calendar for the next day, and showed up (early, be still my heart!) as promised, ready to go. After some poking and prodding around my house's innards (and a MOST enlightening/entertaining master course on residential plumbing basics) he had me sorted out, for a reasonable price. I walked away with much less leaky fixtures, significantly better informed as to how they got that way, and how to prevent it in the rest of the house.

I was having issues with one of my toilets. I called Mark, and he came out and explained how to fix the toilet. I had him go on a fix it, but he explained how I can fix it next time in order to save money. He did a great job, and I will definitely call him again if I need him.

First time using this company and I'm very satisfied. Had Simon (the leak detector) come to my house at 12noon and when he called Mark from the Good Plumber to tell him about the location of the leak, Mark said he would be here around 2pm. Not only did Mark make it on time, he was at my house around 1:20pm! He's a very nice guy, very approachable and can have a good conversation with. He was able to fix the leak within 2-3hrs. The price was also reasonable as well.

I don't hope to have any future water leak issues, but if I do I will definitely use this company again!
