My neighbor's water service line broke. I'm in a condo. The line ran across my lot, specifically under my walkway. I was not looking forward to broken cement and mud dug up and sitting on my lawn. Once the break was located the Good Ol' Boy Plumbers cut the cement at the seam and in the center of the slab. They flipped the slab, dug up the soil and placed soil on a tarp. They fixed the broken line and after everything settled a cement contractor flipped back that segment of the walk and I don't have a """"patch"""" job to look at. So happy they didn't demolish the walkway.

Had some work done in my front yard 2-3 years ago cause the water pipe was leaking near the sidewalk. Now it's leaking again and I paid $800 to get it fixed, come to find out the plumber told me that a lot of the parts weren't even supposed to be used for something underground, and that's why it happened again so soon. Called the company and no call back. Would love some communication on this.Thanks

I called around lunch to check if there was any availability to have someone come out to disconnect my kitchen sink plumbing same day in prep for countertop installation. They were able to arrive by 3PM, provided great professional service, completely the job promptly and even recommended/explained a few updates that would be necessary with a new sink install. I'll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Called for a leaking toilet and they came within a couple of hours. That's a great service! They were able to identify the problem and recommend a couple of options for repair or replacement. The repair. was quick.

I called today in an absolute panic after discovering a plumbing leak in our unfinished (thankfully) basement. I didn't have a """"go to"""" plumber but I knew I needed someone ASAP. I called and Chris answered.....asked me if I could text him a picture of the leak. Within minutes he responded that they could be there in 30 minutes. He also texted me the exact price, which I appreciated. Repair was made and they were in & out in probably less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend Good Ol Boys and can now say I have """"go to"""" plumber.

I called them because of the good reviews. I guess they helped attract a lot of business. I've called and left voicemails twice over the past week and never received a call back. At least call back and say you're over booked and take on any more work. Wasted my time. Don't waste yours.

Roy does great work. Tip him good . You cant beat the price for what you get. They also have water tanks that they dont sell at homedepot or lowes that are much better quality.

Look guys...I needed to change a water heater and modify its pipes and connections (gas,drain, expansion tank, etc.). After I quoted the work with multiple plumbing companies I received quotes only for the labor in all the possible range (from $2,500 to $800). I was extremely disappointed because coming from the mechanical/technical world I knew they were overcharging me as crazy. After reading the reviews I decided to contact these guys. And everything other customer say is true, Chris answer my questions super fast he allow me to send him pics and explanation of the work needed by text message and gave me a quote through the same way. More than reasonable price and no hidden costs. At the end I bought the heater and installation with them. Next day they were at my home installing the device. Roy, the person who came to install the heater and modify the pipes was amazing. He knew what he was doing and was able to explain each step to me. Also he didn't take shortcuts and was very thorough in everything he did. Was really a pleasure to deal with him. My recommendation is quote with a lot of companies if you want. But always check with these guys....honest...reasonable price and extremely professionals.
