My sink became unexpectedly clogged. I reached out to Good News very early morning and they answered right away (I contacted multiple ""24 hour"" companies and they were the only ones to respond right away). Good News came out right away and on time, they were professional, addressed the issue and thoroughly explained what they needed to do to fix the problem, and took care of the issue quickly, efficiently and cleanly (they cleaned up after themselves before leaving). I would definitely use their services again and will be recommending them to friends and family!

I had several outstanding things after a home remodel. Lupe and Ronnie came to address a possible leaky shower leak and an issue with my bathroom faucet. They did an excellent job to assure me that their was no leak in the bathroom, fixed my faucet sink, and ended up installing a new water drain and garbage disposal that was not yet installed. I would highly recommend them.

I called Good News for my water heater. Not heating well at all. Lupe diagnosed the problem and confirmed with the manufacturer. Just needed a deep cleaning. I also did the draining service. While they were here they cleaned out a drain.

I thought it would take half a day. Done in a couple of hours.

Being a Realtor for over 30 years & an investment multi unit owner. I'm always in search of reliable service vendors. Glad I came across Alex Ronquillo of Good News Plumbing in Glendora for my Glendora duplex when my aging gas pipes started to leak & was red tagged by SoCal Gas. He was very responsive knowing the urgency of the job. Thanks to his dependable crew (Lupe, Ricardo & Ronnie), they trenched, cut the concrete, neatly used bags for the soil & covered/protected my new fence tarp. Since they already trenched, Alex found an old water galvanized pipe that also needed to be replaced. After 6 days of work, it was ""Good News"" indeed to have the job completed by Alex & crew. Thank you & GREAT JOB!!!

These guys are good!
I had a frustrating experience with my American Home Shield and I have always been assigned with contractors to work on my appliances and issues and they'd end up doing a lousy job, from poorly rated companies, and leave me with a long wait time even for small fixes.
So last Thanksgiving week I had a dishwasher issue and that stretched til just this week. Someone would look at the problem, order parts for it, wait...wait....parts arrive...set up appointment. Problem not fixed. Call again...set up appointment....and vicious cycle goes around again.
I gave up my AHS and decided to call on a local business with highly rated plumbers.
After some serious research I contacted Good News Plumbing. I told myself ""I'm only gonna hear GOOD NEWS from plumbers from now on."" Alex answered the phone and sure enough I got a swift first thing next-day appointment. Ronnie knocked on my door the following day while I was still on my pajamas coz I thought they'd take their time. Him and Benny were good mannered and never condescending. Ronnie explained the different options to address my problem but he also wanted me to know that he won't be comfortable leaving a job he won't be comfortable accomplishing after either. So we agreed on a solution to replace my hot water valve and fixtures in the sink, and also pickup from store and install my new dishwasher and take out the old one too. He took his time doing his estimates and we agreed at a fair price. Soon enough Lupe and Ricardo stopped by to check in. How awesome was that!
No job is too small or big for these guys. My only concern is they may get too busy after all the good reviews lol jk.
I am glad I found my go-to plumbers now for big and small house fixes. I can also keep my money I used to pay American Home Shield for monthly and service fees, while helping my local Glendora business too! Win! God bless you guys!

I had a small emergency that needed to be addressed immediately. My faucet in my bathtub would not stop spewing water, I tried to fix it myself but it was beyond my knowledge. So I turned off the water to the house and called 3 plumbers who either did not pick up or could not come till tomorrow. Luckily these fine people were available and they came right when they said they would, they got the replacement part and fixed everything in a timely manner.
My specific plumber was Ronnie and he was the best person for the job, respectful, courteous and knowledgeable. I was able to leave Ronnie to his business and he was nothing but professional while I went off to work.

Our water heater made a loud frightening noise on a Friday night so we cut off the gas and called Good News Plumbing on a Saturday morning. To our surprise Alex arrived at 11 am as promised and informed us that the water heater was over ten years old , out of production and out of code. We agreed to replacing it at a reasonable cost.

The service was outstanding! Alex left and returned with the water heater and spent the rest of the day bringing the space up to code and installing the new water heater.

The price was good, there were on time, friendly, trustworthy and the service was the best. We recommend Good News Plumbing to everyone and will be using them again and again.

We had a couple of leaks under our house and needed our drainage pipes repaired. Alex and his team did a great job resolving our plumbing issues. I'm really glad to find a quality plumber I can count on operating in Glendora. I will 100% call them for any future plumbing issues.
