I had a water heater leak and it needed to be replaced. It was not going to be a simple swap out as my old water heater was an obsolete model and space was an issue. Scott came out and looked things over and discussed different options with me. He was upfront and honest with me. He came up with a plan, quoted me a price, and came out the next day as promised to complete the job. He came well prepared and completed the job without any surprises. He is very personable without any attitude. I am completely satisfied with his work.

Scott and his co-worker, Paul, took care of my three plumbing issues in a timely, and consultative manner. Scott gave me options and didn't try to hard- or up-sell me on unneeded services. I will definitely call them again, whenever I am in need of plumbing or other mechanical service issues. I put up with a leaky toilet for years and it finally got so bad that I had to do something about it quick. Saturday night, 7:00PM, I called The Good Plumber. He had already had a long day and just happened to be picking up supplies at Menards. Ten minutes later, I was at Menards. He helped me pick out the toilet, we got the supplies needed and he was at my house putting it in shortly after. New toilet by 10PM. Scott was friendly, thorough and left my bathroom clean. He is awesome! I will use him again, when I need a plumber.

I just had my tubs reglazed and found out the tub drains were corroded. Contacted Scott and told him about our situation. Not only was he able to replace the corroded drains in the tub, he did the work without any damage to the freshly painted tubs. I've used him many times for various plumbing issues. Scott is extremely knowledgeable. His work is meticulous! He is my ""go to plumber"" and should be yours. I highly recommend!

I called the good plumber after contacting 4 other companies in the area for quotes on moving our oven gas pipe 3 inches.

After removing our kitchen tiles, cabinets, countertops we were in a bind trying to figure out how to get our pipe moved as there was a truss below the floor blocking our path, but they came with a plan and quickly to help us move the pipe without cutting the truss and without breaking the bank.

We will be calling the good plumber for all our repairs!

They were great! Neat, friendly, quick, and very reasonable prices.

I had them out to fix two broken spigots. They told me exactly what they were going to do and how much they were going to charge up front, no games.

I had another company out and they wanted to charge me double for want seemed like a simple straightforward job. In fact it took the two guys who came out less than an hour . In and out and cleaned up!

I will definitely call them again the next time I need a good plumber. :-)

I had a sporadic issue with water dripping from my garbage disposal. I called up the Good Plumber and they came out the next day to fix the issue. Not only did they reset and tighten the disposal (it was loose), they used some safety wire to prevent the issue from happening again.
